We were also concerned with some stool issues and he monitored that and updated us. Beforehand we scheduled a meet and greet which was set up quickly and he was flexible with the time. We were also very happy with the home setup. There are lots of areas for the pups to run around and we were happy to see all the spaces were clean and well organized. “This is our first time using Rover and first time boarding Daisy. We were very nervous to send Daisy off with strangers but Sidney scheduled us for a meet and greet prior to boarding to put us at ease. We were able to meet Sidney, Sidney's mom, and her fur babies. I kid you not, Daisy went off and explored the house and yard. She is usually a very, very shy dog but she was so comfortable meeting her fur friends and her new human friends we knew this was a match made in heaven. During her 2 night stay with Sidney, we received updates throughout the day along with pictures of what new adventure she got herself into. Photo shoots, walking adventures, and cuddles galore. Sidney and her family welcomed us and Daisy like we've always been part of the family. We are so grateful for finding Sidney. She took care of Daisy like she was her own.
