We were a bit nervous our Mimi has severe separation anxiety and keeping her from getting out or away was another concern. We could kennel her and she would for sure be secure, but miserable or we could go with a private boarder such a Kitti and his wife and know our Mimi was going to be treated like we treat her. Kitti sent updates and picture to us throughout our trip and told us what Mimi did with her day. He put our minds at ease. Everyone on our trip asked how my dog was doing and I could show them pictures. We know this was for sure the right place for her to be while we were gone. They loved her and played with her. We will definitely use them again whether we go on a trip or have a day we need to do something.”
