Our Border Collie, Maeve, had the best time! She immediately pegged Yilin as a dog lover and settled in to the household. Maeve liked Yilin's dog, and she was comfortable enough to do all the things that she does at home. Yilin greatly helped us to stop worrying because she sent us 3 or more short videos of Maeve everyday. We will definitely let Yilin dog-sit Maeve again!
Caihua took great care of my new doggie, Mia. We did a meet and greet since I have never boarded any of my pets. Mia has only been with me for 2 weeks when she got boarded and Caihua was so good about sending videos of Mia playing with the other dogs, feeding time, and bedtime. It was an awesome first experience and I highly recommend Caihua. She might not speak English but uses a phone translator app and she communicated just fine with it in person. Texting through the app was easy and she kept me updated in how Mia was doing. Caihua was so great with Mia, that I was afraid she wouldn't want to come home with me after having such a great time interacting with the other dogs. Caihua will be my go to for future stays. Thank you Caihua for taking such great care of Mia and making me feel so comfortable about leaving her over a long weekend.
Arthur and his wife were amazing sitters for our older dog, Teddy. We boarded him for eight nights, longer than usual, and since Teddy tends to have separation anxiety and we've had issues with prior sitters, I was a little worried. Arthur put those worries to rest. He sent constant updates, photos, and videos throughout our trip, so we knew Teddy was having a great time. Even though Teddy is more of a solitary dog, he made friends with Arthur's dogs, and it was wonderful to see him socialize. When we picked him up, Teddy was happy and acting like himself, with no issues at all. We truly appreciate everything Arthur did for Teddy and will definitely book with him again.
This was my first experience with Rover and I'm so glad I found Liezl and her family! My sister and I were so nervous at first leaving our blind/deaf 16 year old dog, Niko, with someone other than family but felt instantly at ease and comfortable when we came by her house for the meet-and-greet. Alice (Junyi) watched our two husky/shepherd mixes for two weeks while we traveled internationally. One of our pups had an injury scare the day before we left.
