“Mike & Ja Hyung were the best dogsitters!! My dog Poluna is a small Shih Tzu-Maltese mix and honestly thinks she’s bigger and better than everyone, so she’s not always the friendliest. But Mike & Ja Hyung were so sweet and let us stop by ahead of time so our dogs could meet—and everything went great! Their dog Bendy was so sweet and calm, he was exactly what Poluna needed to learn how to be friendly and adjust to a new home for a few days. One of my family’s biggest concerns is making sure Poluna is safe and secure wherever she stays—and also that the place is clean because she will literally eat anything off the floor. Mike & Ja Hyung totally reassured us that if the dogs were outside, someone would always be with them, and that they were going to clean the floors the night before in preparation. SO AMAZING. We’ve never felt so comfortable leaving Poluna with anyone. They sent updates, pics, and videos all weekend, and were just the sweetest couple. They accommodated everything we needed, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Poluna came home so tired after her weekend-long playdate with Bendy—sign of a good time!”
“Mel was awesome. My dog is very picky and has separation anxiety- she usually does not do well at the doggy hotel…. She refuse to eat and doesn’t socialize much. Mel was very accommodating and sent me pictures daily to inform me how Matcha was doing. She got along with his dog, also a boxer like mines. Omg, she was an amazing dog sitter for our dog, Kkomi! Kkomi is a very sensitive dog—he can tell when he’s not getting enough love and attention, and changes in his environment can easily make him sick. But it seemed like he had such a wonderful time with Mrs. Shin K and her husband. They clearly took great care of him and made him feel comfortable and loved. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. I will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need a dog sitter. Highly recommend!
Jaspreet was AWESOME! This was our first time ever leaving our pet with a "pet sitter". As such we were a bit apprehensive at first; but after meeting with Jaspreet at her home, we felt much better. Jaspreet was very calm, kind and patient, allowing Daisy Mae the time to explore her surroundings and to warm up to her. During Daisy's 7 day "staycation", Jaspreet was great at keeping in contact with us via text messages, even sending pictures of Daisy throughout the week. She was very responsive and accessible. She addressed all concerns /issues that arose with care, compassion and professionalism. Daisy appears to have made herself right at home" very quickly while in Jaspreet's care. We would not hesitate relying on Jaspreet again to care for Daisy and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a responsible, kind and caring pet sitter.
Lu is truly one of the best sitters we have ever had. She took such incredible care of my dog, and treated him like part of her own family. She has a beautiful home with a big grassy yard where my boy was able to run around freely, play ball, and enjoy tug-of-war with her. It made me so happy knowing he had so much space and attention while we were away. My boy is normally a very picky eater and often doesn’t finish his meals, but ever since he came back from staying with Lu, his appetite has been amazing. He has been eating so well, which tells me he felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly happy during his stay. Lu kept us updated, spent quality time playing and interacting with him, and clearly has a natural love for dogs. You can tell she really cares about every pet she watches. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with her, and I would trust her again anytime. Highly, highly recommend!
