“Mike & Jahyung were the best! I was extremely nervous as it was my first time leaving Robin for an extended period of time (2 weeks). They sent daily updates with how she was doing along with many pictures and videos. I know she was probably anxious and nervous the first few nights, but I could clearly tell Mike & Jahyung went out of their way to help Robin feel comfortable and at home - I really appreciated this! The house is extremely clean and it has a large backyard that can be accessed at any time by the dogs. They also have their own dog Bendy who's very friendly and calm. Robin doesn't usually do very well with other dogs but it seems like her and Bendy really got along. She looked great and healthy when I picked her up and I feel more comfortable using the service again in the future - hopefully with Mike & Jahyung!”
“OMG where should I start.. Star is very very good at sitting my boy! She frequently provides photos and updates and make sure everything goes fine. She informed me whenever she found some irregular activity of my dog and took care of him right away. My dog seems exhausted when he came back, I’m sure he had lots of super fun time in her house, because he’s sleeping very deep after he came back. I think he misses everything in Stars house, he didn’t even want to leave when we picked him up! I highly recommend Star to everyone!! I will definitely use her service again in the future! Omg, she was an amazing dog sitter for our dog, Kkomi! Kkomi is a very sensitive dog—he can tell when he’s not getting enough love and attention, and changes in his environment can easily make him sick. But it seemed like he had such a wonderful time with Mrs. Shin K and her husband. They clearly took great care of him and made him feel comfortable and loved. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. I will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need a dog sitter. Highly recommend!
She did an amazing job taking care of our pug for a week! She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. She lives in a gated community and she took the dog on regular walks. Our pug also got along great with her dog and seemed very happy and comfortable the whole time, we could tell he was being well cared for. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.🙌
Jaspreet was AWESOME! This was our first time ever leaving our pet with a "pet sitter". As such we were a bit apprehensive at first; but after meeting with Jaspreet at her home, we felt much better. Jaspreet was very calm, kind and patient, allowing Daisy Mae the time to explore her surroundings and to warm up to her. During Daisy's 7 day "staycation", Jaspreet was great at keeping in contact with us via text messages, even sending pictures of Daisy throughout the week. She was very responsive and accessible. She addressed all concerns /issues that arose with care, compassion and professionalism. Daisy appears to have made herself right at home" very quickly while in Jaspreet's care. We would not hesitate relying on Jaspreet again to care for Daisy and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a responsible, kind and caring pet sitter.
Xiaoting was an amazing sitter! She kept us updated every day with detailed messages, photos, and videos. Our dog enjoyed a comfortable home environment, daily walks, supervised backyard playtime, and lots of love and attention. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care and treats them like her own. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lu is truly one of the best sitters we have ever had. She took such incredible care of my dog, and treated him like part of her own family. She has a beautiful home with a big grassy yard where my boy was able to run around freely, play ball, and enjoy tug-of-war with her. It made me so happy knowing he had so much space and attention while we were away. My boy is normally a very picky eater and often doesn’t finish his meals, but ever since he came back from staying with Lu, his appetite has been amazing. He has been eating so well, which tells me he felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly happy during his stay. Lu kept us updated, spent quality time playing and interacting with him, and clearly has a natural love for dogs. You can tell she really cares about every pet she watches. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with her, and I would trust her again anytime. Highly, highly recommend!
