“Josephine was wonderful with my sometimes feral kitty. It was my first time leaving her and so nervous about how my kitty would react. I was so nervous I forgot a lots of things so i had to send her many things later on, but she was very kind and patient with my panic mode and reassured me that She will take care of my wild one. My kitty has food issues and trauma from being a stray. She fed her 4 times a day to special food to reassure her. Handled her so well, my kitty was happy and calm, i hope. Josephine did not complain about anything and went out of her way to make sure my kitty was comfortable. And also this was a short notice boarding and she accept it kindly.Thank you so much .”

“This was Archie’s first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous at first leaving him for 5 days. Archie has separation anxiety and he hasn’t been around other dogs for a little while. But my mind was immediately put at ease. Caihua sent LOTS of videos of Archie everyday, including ones of him eating his food. He looked like he was having a blast with the other dogs there, and it was obvious he was being well taken care of. I would 1000% recommend Caihua and her husband! Jennifer was a wonderful caretaker for my 2 small senior dogs. On short notice, she was able to accommodate them for that weekend and was able to be flexible with drop off and pick up times. That was especially helpful for me, given the hectic weekend I had ahead. She sent me several updates with videos and pictures throughout each day of them eating, relaxing inside/outside and sleeping. Even though I was not able to reply right away, she still sent updates anyway and when I did have a chance to check my phone, it was a much needed sense of peace being able to see that my babies looked relaxed and happy while they were away from home. Her fur baby Pocky was a big ball of love during our initial meet, I knew right away things would go smoothly between our babies. When I arrived for pick up, they were both napping then happy to see me when I woke them up, tippy tapping around and loving on me. That tells me they were in good spirits and not stressed. I am new to boarding and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jennifer, Pocky, and family for welcoming us into your home!
