She informed me whenever she found some irregular activity of my dog and took care of him right away. My dog seems exhausted when he came back, I’m sure he had lots of super fun time in her house, because he’s sleeping very deep after he came back. Alice (Junyi) watched our two husky/shepherd mixes for two weeks while we traveled internationally. One of our pups had an injury scare the day before we left. Alice was accommodating, caring, and communicative, consistently sending us videos, pictures, and status updates multiple times per day to help us feel comfortable with his recovery. Both pups seemed to have a great time playing in the backyard, going on walks, and playing fetch, and overall seemed very comfortable and well cared for. Lu is truly one of the best sitters we have ever had. She took such incredible care of my dog, and treated him like part of her own family. She has a beautiful home with a big grassy yard where my boy was able to run around freely, play ball, and enjoy tug-of-war with her. It made me so happy knowing he had so much space and attention while we were away. My boy is normally a very picky eater and often doesn’t finish his meals, but ever since he came back from staying with Lu, his appetite has been amazing. He has been eating so well, which tells me he felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly happy during his stay. Lu kept us updated, spent quality time playing and interacting with him, and clearly has a natural love for dogs. You can tell she really cares about every pet she watches. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog with her, and I would trust her again anytime. Highly, highly recommend!

Xingyu is an amazing and caring pet sitter. She is great at training, playing, and walking the dogs daily and is super careful about their exercise needs. Once in her care, the dogs get special attention to everything, as she is very detailed with her work of caring for them. Every instruction you give her is paid attention to, even the complicated ones. She is also very mindful of how the pets feel and always knows how to act towards them. While Xingyu was caring for our dog, we didn't even worry because our dog felt like she was at home. She was definitely one of the most reliable dog sitters we've ever had.
