Caihua was amazing! Not only was her location incredibly convenient for us, but she also took such wonderful care of Zoe. She kept me updated throughout Zoe's stay, which gave me so much peace of mind and made being away from Zoe much easier. I appreciated her kindness, communication, and the love she showed Zoe. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!

I boarded my 10‑month‑old Doberman puppy with Caihua for four days while my family was out of town, and the entire experience was truly excellent. This was our first time ever using a boarding service, so we were a bit nervous, but we feel genuinely blessed to have found her. She sent us multiple videos every day showing our pup’s activities, playtime, and feeding, which gave us so much peace of mind. Both she and her husband are clearly very experienced handlers — my dog looked happy, relaxed, and well‑cared for in every update. He also got great socialization time with other dogs, which was a huge relief for us. We plan to use Caihua regularly moving forward, whether it’s for short day trips or long out‑of‑country travel. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and well‑managed boarding environment. One small note: English isn’t their primary language, so I used a translator here and there, but it was no issue at all and didn’t affect the experience. The care they provide is outstanding.
I am awestruck. I have been searching for a reliable boarding service for my two dogs for years, and have always been left with an "icky" feeling, either with boarders not seeming like they are fully caring for our dogs or a reluctance to send photos or videos. Caihua and her husband will now be our go-to for boarding and day care moving forward. They are incredibly kind and deeply care for the dogs they board. And more than anything they are incredibly patient and listen to dogs' individual needs. There was not a single correspondence with Caihua that didn't receive a response in one minute or less. And Caihua sent tons of videos throughout the day, including videos of our dogs actually relaxing! Which they don't typically do when anxious in boarding. Caihua and her husband have some magic way with dogs; the videos they sent showed the probably dozen dogs they were boarding at that time, and I have never seen a calmer group of dogs -- just calmly following her husband around as he walked the huge backyard. I am incredibly grateful to have found Caihua, and can't wait to book with her again.

I’m house wife,I will have full availabilities for dogs. I have crate in my home for dogs to separate. In my house I have big fenced backyard for dogs to run around and potty.
