We have been using Caihua and her husband for our Khoda for almost 3 years now, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. We were originally referred to them by a family member who had nothing but wonderful things to say about their care and services, and after our very first booking, we completely understood why. Since then, we have trusted them with our baby at least 10–15 times, and every single experience has been exceptional. The level of care, kindness, dedication, and genuine love they show Khoda is truly rare. They treat him as if he were part of their own family. One thing we appreciate so much is the constant updates throughout the day; videos and messages from the moment he wakes up until bedtime. As pet parents, that reassurance means the world to us. We can actually travel peacefully knowing he is safe, happy, loved, and well cared for. Although we do not speak Chinese, communication has always been smooth, thoughtful, and attentive. They always make the effort to ensure everything is clear and that we feel comfortable and informed. A few times, due to last-minute bookings, we had to use other sitters, and it truly made us realize just how special Caihua and her husband are. The difference in care, warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism was immediately noticeable. No one has come close to the level of service and heart they provide. I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely felt compelled to write this one because people should know how wonderful they are. Finding someone you can fully trust with your dog is not easy, and we feel incredibly grateful to have found them. Thank you, Caihua, for everything you do for our baby Khoda. He is now almost 3 years old, and you have been such an important part of his life. Anyone would be lucky to have you care for their pet, and once they experience your care, they will completely understand why we continue coming back every single time. 🙏✨

Caihua’s home is always incredibly clean, and she is extremely attentive and caring. She sends lots of videos and updates, which is truly reassuring for anxious pet parents. Every time Mario hears he’s going to her house, he gets so excited and can hardly wait. You can tell from your dog’s reaction that you made the right choice! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Mario every single time.

We only trust Caihua and her husband with our two babies!! Every time they stay at their home we get ample video and such quick communication. We even get footage of their meal feeds and of them before they go to sleep! We are able to feel more confident and secure leaving our babies in their hands. Thank you Caihua!!!!
