Premium Cage-Free Boarding Hotel
I am the owner of a luxury, cage-free pet hotel located in Walnut City. Before opening my hotel, I cared for hundreds of pets as a highly rated Rover sitter in Montebello. Now, with a fully dedicated 4,000 sq ft boarding facility and a 10,000+ sq ft private backyard play area, I’m able to offer an elevated level of comfort, supervision, and enrichment beyond traditional in-home boarding. Every dog enjoys its own private room—never a cage or crate unless requested by the owner. Our rooms range from approximately 300 to 900 sq ft, giving pets spacious, quiet, and comfortable personal areas to relax. With years of hands-on experience raising dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments, I specialize in caring for shy pets, anxious dogs, seniors, puppies, and multi-pet families. My background also includes training basics, socialization management, and supporting pets with special needs.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! I was kind of skeptical in the beginning because it’s not necessarily a house house but OMG. My dog LOVED it here, they sent videos and photos constantly and it made me so much more at ease seeing how happy our baby was. Our dog was here for around 6 days and the communication was so good and they were so accommodating. We took our dog to a different boarding before and he was so sad and not himself after but now he’s so happy and comfortable. I can tell they really care for the dogs and Snow was so helpful and nice. She even gave us a free polaroid picture of him!! 😆😆 We will 1000% be rebooking with them!

We separate by size, temperament, and whether they are neutered/spayed. A typical day
Our pet hotel follows a structured daily routine with 24/7 on-site supervision to keep pets safe, relaxed, and happy. 7:00–8:00 AM — Morning potty & wake-up Dogs start the day with outdoor potty time and light play. Cats enjoy morning care and fresh water/litter. 8:00–9:00 AM — Breakfast Pets eat individually in their private suites (300–900 sq ft) for a calm, stress-free mealtime. 9:00–11:00 AM — Outdoor play Dogs enjoy supervised play in our 10,000+ sq ft backyard—running, fetch, enrichment, or small playgroups. 11:00 AM–1:00 PM — Indoor play & cool-down When the sun gets warm, dogs move indoors for light training, enrichment, grooming touch-ups, or quiet bonding time. 1:00–3:00 PM — Nap time All pets rest in their private rooms with calming music and AC to recharge. 3:00–4:00 PM — Afternoon treat & stretch Light snacks (owner-approved), hydration, and casual indoor activities. 4:00–6:00 PM — Second outdoor session Cooler afternoon play—exploring, social play, or one-on-one exercise. 6:00–7:00 PM — Dinner Evening meals are served individually based on each pet’s routine and dietary needs. 7:00–9:00 PM — Wind-down routine Gentle play, cuddles, evening potty break, and settling into rooms for the night. 9:00–10:00 PM — Lights out Rooms refreshed, pets tucked in, and monitored overnight. 24/7 monitoring Staff remains on-site all night to ensure comfort, safety, and quick response if any pet needs attention.
