“Arthur and his fiancee took care of our bernedoodle, Jack, for the first time while we were on vacation. Despite no daily walks, they provide daily photos and daily playtime in their spacious backyard with their dogs. Arthur was kind enough to watch Jack an extra day on short notice due to my oversight on our inbound flight.”

“Great experience . She’s very welcoming and my dog immediately felt comfortable around her and her son. My dog is older so she was very patient with him and monitored his medication. She always kept me up to date on how he was doing and sent pictures of my dog to see how well he was doing. I will definetly have her dog sit again whenever I’m out of town.”

“I was gone for a week with my family to Hawaii and Caihua was a great sitter as always! She sends constant videos so it feels like I never left Milo’s side 🥹 she sends videos of her also following his care instructions, and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter :) I will definitely be bringing my puppy back here!”

“Overall, we had a great experience with Suzhen. Communication was clear and prompt. Flexible with schedule and forgiving when we ran a bit late. She sent lots of updates and provided individualized care. Individualized care. She even gave our dog bite size apple treats (which was within his diet). Loved that she took our dog on walks every day and played fetch with him.. It brings us comfort that our dog was enjoying his time with Suzhen.”

“Jerrie & Shumeng were awesome! They took care of our 4.5 month old rambunctious puppy with no problems. Goose came back happy and tired from playing the day before.”

“Love how they took care of all three of my cats. My cats were scared and nervous but they checked on them and sent photos and gave them treats. They had their own room to make them feel comfortable and be able to roam around. I will definitely be using them again for my babies.”

“Great host!Good Communicator! Took both of my dogs to be babysitted since my wife and I went on our vacation, but our dogs had a more spoiled and pampered vacation than us. Couldn't thank Yilin and her husband more!”

“Joy did a wonderful job looking after Teepo for us over the weekend! We got lots of updates throughout the duration of his stay and she was flexible on our pickup time as we dealt with some flight delays. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“My fur baby loved staying at Jessica’s as when we went to pick him up he was obviously happy to see Mom and Dad he turned around and went to her to say goodbye. I got lots of pictures and communication was great. We will use her again for sure!”

“May took such amazing care of our dog Maya. She was very responsive, sent us regular updates, and was very understanding/flexible with scheduling. She also has a great backyard that is perfect for dogs. Maya also loved the walks May took her on. We are very grateful to you, May. Thank you for giving Maya such wonderful company. She is excited to stay with you again.”

“We love Ava! She is a kind and caring pup sitter. This was the second time we left our pup in her care. She took great care of our Mindy. She made our dog feel comfortable and welcomed in her home. She communicated very well with us, and sent pictures and videos of our dog daily. Thank you, Ava, for all you've done for us and our dog. We are lucky to have found a wonderful person to care for our dog while we're away. We truly appreciate you.”
“Samantha is always amazing to my dog! She sends the best pictures and updates you frequently. Her home is big so my Luna has plenty of room to play! I live in riverside but drive all the way to chino hills because she is the best! Book her!!!”

About: I genuinely love animals. Not just a job, it’s what I’d do anyway. I know the burden of planning time away and not knowing who to trust with your furry family member with, so I became that person for you. I work from home so we have plenty of playtime. We take morning walks, quick lunch hour walks and then long evening walks. Exercise and then a good nights rest. I have a friendly mild mannered senior Lab who still likes to play and take long walks. She's good company and is pretty good at tug o war.
“We are so grateful to have found Steven and Roxie! We did a trial overnight boarding before a full one week booking and sweet boy did really well. I received many updates and photos throughout the day which made it a little easier being away from my fur baby. Both Steven and Roxie are so kind and conscientious about Parker’s needs and made him feel at home. I will be able to relax on vacation knowing Parker is being well cared for and enjoying a vacay of his own. 🐾🐾🥰 Thank you so much Steven & Roxie! See you tomorrow morning!☺️🏝️”

“Michael was able to watch our dog mochi at the last minute for a few days. He took great care of him and sent us plenty of photos to ease our minds. He fed mochi on his usual schedule and even gave him his medication for us. We have no issues bringing mochi back to stay here again and again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Chino Hills
Beatrice is great. You can tell she is a great dog owner and caretaker just by meeting her and her dogs. I knew I had nothing to worry about during our meet and greet. She watched my dog for a week with no issues while being very attentive and communicative. On top of that, my dog absolutely loved hers.

Jessica is a wonderful pet sitter. Very attentive and provides lots of photos and updates throughout the day. You will feel very comfortable knowing your pet is receiving the care and love needed while you’re away. She adapts quickly to your pets needs and genuinely cares about your pet’s well being. I VERY highly recommend Jessica and her family. Thank you!

This was our second time with Jenna and it was just as smooth as the first time. Jenna is so thorough in reviewing our profile and the details we listed for his care, she was great with the updates also! Bennett had such a good time with her, we booked right away for later this week 🙃

I just wanted to leave a review because I’m so happy with the care my dog Cookie received! She was absolutely amazing with communication, I got so many updates and photos which made me feel so comfortable while I was away. She played with Cookie all day and he seriously had such a blast the whole time he was there and also made some pet friends there too. You can tell she really cares and treats the dogs like her own 🥹. I will definitely be booking with her from now on. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Rover and Joy made it a pleasant experience. We could tell right away she was very knowledgeable with dogs of all stages. Initially, we were nervous about leaving our 4 month old puppy for the first time. However, she made us feel at ease by providing updates throughout his stay. Not only did Joy take great care of our puppy, but he came back confident and happy. I highly recommend Joy and will definitely use her for future services.

Uyen is a wonderful sitter. There are no two ways to say this. I was anxiously looking for a sitter on Rover to board my 1.5 year old Goldendoodle Zoey, as we had a 20 day vacation coming up and our original plans for keeping her had fell apart. We found Uyen about a month before our departure date. Right from the first conversation, she was accommodative , communicative and understanding for our needs. We did a meet and greet and she showed us around her lovely clean home. Her husband and her mother are equally warm and welcoming. During the actual stay, we got frequent video and photo updates for Zoey throughout the day: Whether it was for her eating , sleeping, playing with other dogs or taking a walk, we knew at any given time what our baby was up to. As first time dog parents away on such a long trip , this was absolutely relieving and kept us at ease. Zoey came home happy , healthy and a little too spoilt (haha) because of all the love attention and care she got with Uyen. We will board Zoey each and every time with her . Zoey absolutely loves Speckles. Overall it was a peaceful experience for both us and our baby Zoey. 100% will recommend to any first time anxious parents like us, and guarantee that you would not regret it with Uyen.

Laura was very patient and flexible with me and was super helpful with my schedule changes and unfortunate events. She kept me posted and updated me even when I was busy with my errands to asked her. I would trust her with my dogs again and would highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies. Thank you again Laura for being so patient with me and my fur babies.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
