About: 3 dogs in life, 5 years with gold Retriever Norman. Recently moved to Diamond Bar. I have an empty house and big backyard. And I work from home. Your dog will have a lot of space and attention. I’m home full-time with a flexible schedule, so your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and regular walks. We also have nearby trails and dog parks for extra exercise and fun. Your dog will stay in a spacious, quiet home with lots of room to relax and play, plus a large backyard. I provide close supervision, follow your instructions carefully, and send regular photo updates.
“Arthur and his fiancee took care of our bernedoodle, Jack, for the first time while we were on vacation. Despite no daily walks, they provide daily photos and daily playtime in their spacious backyard with their dogs. Arthur was kind enough to watch Jack an extra day on short notice due to my oversight on our inbound flight.”

“It was my first time using Rover and was hesitant at first but even on my pups very first night, Ava sent many updates and videos which gave me peace of mind. It was as if my pup was able to go on her own stay-cation at Ava’s home.”

“Very good experience with Caihua. Wally could run around in their well maintained big back yard and enjoy his little getaway from home. Very friendly people that love dogs.”

“This was our first time boarding our puppy, and we were nervous. Suzhen followed all our requests with feeding and schedule, and the biggest highlight was she would send multiple photos and videos throughout the day! She was very communicative and made us and Willow feel comfortable throughout the week stay. Thank you Suzhen for taking care of our puppy! 🐶😍”

“My family and I were incredibly impressed with the care our cat received! We could rest assured that our beloved pet was in great hands with the video, photo, and message updates that were regularly shared. I know where to go for future boarding that guarantees my pet will return happy, healthy, and safe. Highly recommend!”

“Yilin is great! She keep sending videos and pictures when Im gone made me feel like safe and comfortable. Usually my dog will come back very dirty after boarding but Yilin kept her very clean!”

“Jerrie and Simon took great care of Remington. They were always in communication and sent pictures to update us. We felt assured that our boy was having a good time!”

“Michael was able to watch our dog mochi at the last minute for a few days. He took great care of him and sent us plenty of photos to ease our minds. He fed mochi on his usual schedule and even gave him his medication for us. We have no issues bringing mochi back to stay here again and again.”

“Samantha is always amazing to my dog! She sends the best pictures and updates you frequently. Her home is big so my Luna has plenty of room to play! I live in riverside but drive all the way to chino hills because she is the best! Book her!!!”

“First time boarding our dog Lucky and was a bit nervous myself but Joy and her husband took such great care of Lucky. Will most definitely ask them to watch our dog again~ Thank you!”

“This was our second time leaving our dog with Steven and Roxie and it was just as great as the first! We knew our dog was in really good hands which allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. My dog was even very excited to see Steven when we were dropping her off, and she doesn’t normally get excited to see people. I would so much rather bring my dog to stay at their house vs a boarding facility because I know she will receive excellent care and I will get daily photos and updates! I would absolutely book again without hesitation. Thank you so much for taking care of Bodie!”

“I had just finished writing an extensive and detailed message, explaining how they were great with First timers using this kind of service, but then my phone froze and deleted that long detailed review and I’m not gonna take the time to do it again 🤣. Just know that they knew how to handle first timers. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with Hui watching over my dog. She made him more comfy with his bed that i had brought and even made his breakfast more apppetizing when he wouldn’t eat. That shows great care. Will definitely book again .”

“This is the first time we use Rover and we are very glad we found May as Matsu's sitter. She is a very good caretaker and she updated info on Matsu daily. We could see that our Matsu really liked her as well👍”

“We left our 70lb pitbull for the first time with Analisa for almost a week and she was so great! We will definitely work with her again in the future. She has amazing and timely communication— met with me for a pre-meet to make sure our dog was a good fit for her and her home, accommodated my schedule changes with kindness, and always put my dog’s comfort and safety first. She sent tons of photos and videos during his stay and she and her family showed our dog so much love and treated him like their own! He came back happy and tired from all the excitement and fun he had. Thank you Analisa and family for your thoughtfulness and great care of Chalupa!”

Jessica is a wonderful pet sitter. Very attentive and provides lots of photos and updates throughout the day. You will feel very comfortable knowing your pet is receiving the care and love needed while you’re away. She adapts quickly to your pets needs and genuinely cares about your pet’s well being. I VERY highly recommend Jessica and her family. Thank you!

I left my 1 yr old with two other places before finding Arthur. He’s farther for me but my girl was comfortable there. I could tell because Arthur sent many videos and pictures throughout the day and from her napping positions and just her overall demeanor, I could tell she was relaxed and having fun with Arthur’s dogs. The house is clean and Arthur has an easy going demeanor and energy. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that she was in good hands.

This was our second time with Jenna and it was just as smooth as the first time. Jenna is so thorough in reviewing our profile and the details we listed for his care, she was great with the updates also! Bennett had such a good time with her, we booked right away for later this week 🙃

I just wanted to leave a review because I’m so happy with the care my dog Cookie received! She was absolutely amazing with communication, I got so many updates and photos which made me feel so comfortable while I was away. She played with Cookie all day and he seriously had such a blast the whole time he was there and also made some pet friends there too. You can tell she really cares and treats the dogs like her own 🥹. I will definitely be booking with her from now on. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using Rover and Joy made it a pleasant experience. We could tell right away she was very knowledgeable with dogs of all stages. Initially, we were nervous about leaving our 4 month old puppy for the first time. However, she made us feel at ease by providing updates throughout his stay. Not only did Joy take great care of our puppy, but he came back confident and happy. I highly recommend Joy and will definitely use her for future services.

Uyen is a wonderful sitter. There are no two ways to say this. I was anxiously looking for a sitter on Rover to board my 1.5 year old Goldendoodle Zoey, as we had a 20 day vacation coming up and our original plans for keeping her had fell apart. We found Uyen about a month before our departure date. Right from the first conversation, she was accommodative , communicative and understanding for our needs. We did a meet and greet and she showed us around her lovely clean home. Her husband and her mother are equally warm and welcoming. During the actual stay, we got frequent video and photo updates for Zoey throughout the day: Whether it was for her eating , sleeping, playing with other dogs or taking a walk, we knew at any given time what our baby was up to. As first time dog parents away on such a long trip , this was absolutely relieving and kept us at ease. Zoey came home happy , healthy and a little too spoilt (haha) because of all the love attention and care she got with Uyen. We will board Zoey each and every time with her . Zoey absolutely loves Speckles. Overall it was a peaceful experience for both us and our baby Zoey. 100% will recommend to any first time anxious parents like us, and guarantee that you would not regret it with Uyen.

Laura was very patient and flexible with me and was super helpful with my schedule changes and unfortunate events. She kept me posted and updated me even when I was busy with my errands to asked her. I would trust her with my dogs again and would highly recommend her to take care of your fur babies. Thank you again Laura for being so patient with me and my fur babies.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
