“Suzhen is a warm, friendly, and efficient sitter who went beyond the call of duty!! Upon meeting her she was so welcoming and receptive to our puppers needs and routine. Her home is well equipped to care and handle our energetic little guy. It was clear he was very happy to board with her! We were expecting some updates here and there but she sent us 4-5 videos and photos everyday to let us know our baby was eating properly and getting his exercise. It was wonderful to see him getting along with her family and being well loved and taken care of in our absence. Suzhen was also very accommodating to our drop off and pick up time, and she was always responsive when we had questions. Beatrice is great. You can tell she is a great dog owner and caretaker just by meeting her and her dogs. I knew I had nothing to worry about during our meet and greet. She watched my dog for a week with no issues while being very attentive and communicative. On top of that, my dog absolutely loved hers.
I just wanted to leave a review because I’m so happy with the care my dog Cookie received! She was absolutely amazing with communication, I got so many updates and photos which made me feel so comfortable while I was away. She played with Cookie all day and he seriously had such a blast the whole time he was there and also made some pet friends there too.
