“We are so happy with the care and affection given to our fur babies. Kitties don't like new places, especially mine. They did great at Yumi and Cody's place. They know how kitties think and give them space to get comfortable. The room was spacious and the nightly updates w/pictures was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my vacation more because I didn't have to worry about my kitties. I will definitely book Yumi and Cody's place again.”

“Leng always kept us up to date on our dog’s day. Lefty is pretty sociable and loves all the attention she gave. I especially loved that she kept our little guy busy and supervised. Will book her again.”

“I’m so glad we found Xutao. Our dog Haku was relaxed and enjoyed having play time in their backyard. I loved all the updates and pictures. I’m so grateful I found this sitter. I plan to continue using them for Haku.”

“Ana took wonderful care of our two dogs, Claire and Molly, during their 9-day stay. Claire requires insulin injections twice a day along with eye drops twice daily, and Ana handled all of her medical needs carefully and consistently, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. When we picked them up, both dogs were clean, happy, and clearly comfortable with Ana. In fact, they didn’t even seem eager to leave like they usually do after staying at larger retail boarding facilities, which really says a lot about the level of care and attention they received. We truly appreciated the love and patience Ana showed our dogs, and we will absolutely be using her again for future out-of-town trips.”

“Gabriela was amazing! My dog Archie fell in love with her, her family and her home. She made sure to care for him and send daily updates about him while I was gone. This was my first time using Rover and will definitely be booking Gabriela again.”

“Angel was amazing with our cat. She sent photo and updates daily for an entire week. She played with our cat, even if our cat seemed disinterested (as he normally is). I’ll be sure to rebook with Angel if she’s available. My kids and I can not thank you enough, Angel.”

About: Growing up on my family ranch, I’ve had 8 dogs and 12 cats. I am well experienced in the level of care, love, and play our fur family members require. Now that I’ve moved for college, to hopefully become an animal rights lawyer, I really miss my fur babies. I have had a range of dogs and understand the needs of various breads. For instance, I’ve had an Italian Mastiff, Chihuahua, Blue Healer, and Terrier. I can promise that all the love and attention I want to be providing for my pets back home, I will be giving to your dogs and cats here. I am currently working a part-time online internship, and I have all the time in the world to be caring for your pets! With my free time, I will be able to stay attentive to your pets needs and take them out on frequent walks, if that’s what they need. It will also mean I can give them endless pets! I live with my partner, who I’ve known since I was 4 years old. His mother is a K-9 search and rescuer so he has grown up training and caring for dogs his whole life. My apartment building has a closed in dog park, which I am considering as the closed in yard. It is incredibly convenient, safe, and great for the dogs! In my home, pets are considered family. This means their needs are seen as just as important as anyone else in the home. Of course, I will respect any guidelines that you provide for the way you want your dog or cat to be cared for. Whether that’s crating, allowed or not allowed on furniture, etc. You know your pets best!
“Frances, took care of our dog like she was hers. She asked questions to make sure that our dog would be comfortable. She would send Daily pictures and videos. Overall I highly recommend France’s.”

“Monica watched my boy Pongo for about three weeks and did a great job. She would send me pictures periodically and would give me updates on how he was doing. I would highly recommend her as she gives a lot of love to her furry friends.”

“This was our girls 6th stay with Estella! They’ve gotten so comfy they jump with excitement when we tell them we are going to visit her! She takes great care of them. They always come back relaxed, rested, and as clean as when we left them. We get pictures, videos and updates during their entire stay and she feeds and cares for our girls just as we would at home.”

“Just completed my first Rover booking since moving to California, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ashley took amazing care of my fur baby, Parker, while I was away. As a dog mom, I was definitely nervous leaving him for the first time, but she made the entire process so much easier by sending regular updates and photos to reassure me he was doing great. You can truly tell she cares about the pets she watches. She even left a sweet little note in Parker’s bag thanking me for trusting her with him, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness she showed, and I will absolutely keep her in mind for future bookings. Highly recommend!”

“Shelby was absolutely incredible. She was so accommodating and sent us so many picture and video updates while our pup stayed with her. She was very responsive and kept us up to date on how our dog was doing. I would definitely recommend her.”

“I highly recommend Adrian & Jovan ! They were absolutely fantastic with our dogs, Yoko & Leah. They were incredibly reliable, always punctual with potty breaks and feedings, and kept us updated with photos and messages while we were away. Yoko & Leah clearly loved being with Adrian & Jovan and we felt so comfortable knowing they were in such good hands. We will definitely be booking them again for future trips!”

“They are our go to for our pup every time we leave out of town. Always so kind and welcoming and love the photos they send of her. She seems happy and well taken care of! Thank you again!!!”

“Frank is awesome. He took wonderful care of our two dogs for a significant amount of time. Frank is excellent with communication. We appreciated knowing how the dogs were doing in their new environment. Our dogs were walked, fed, played with and well cared for throughout their stay.”

“Sammy was both happy and wiped out after staying with Rhonda. That usually happens after a fun, busy day of playing with the other dogs, so I was glad to see he enjoyed his stay. Rhonda even sent photos showing Sammy having a great time with the other boarders. Gail K.”

“I highly recommend Josephine to anyone seeking a caring and skilled dog sitter. Her compassion, understanding, and ability to connect with my shy and clingy dogs are truly remarkable. I'm grateful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable person to take care of my furry family member.”

Upland dog parents share their Rover experiences
Gabriela was wonderful with our girl Rosie during a 3 night stay. Rosie is a high energy bird dog and was going through her first heat, but Gabriela followed her routine perfectly, changed her diapers, and sent lots of photos and videos. Her dog Kobe is a friendly sweetheart and got along great with Rosie. Highly recommend!

Brittney was a perfect match for Veronica! She treated her like family including regular spoiling and Veronica loved playing with her little dog Lady. We were completely at ease after a pre meet and she sent follow up pics and video during our vacation. First experience with Brittney and it was wonderful! Thanks again.

Great experience overall. Daisy came home calm, relaxed, and very well taken care of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was out of town. Communication was smooth, and I could tell she got plenty of attention and care during the stay. Definitely appreciate the help and would book again. Highly recommend.

Frank was a very caring and conscientious sitter for my two dogs (one of whom is a senior). We did a meet and greet before hand so my elder dog could get the layout of the outdoor pool/patio. I was glad to receive photos/videos while I was gone and Frank took my dogs for a walk each day which gives them a taste of their routine. The dogs were well and happy upon pick up and not overly exhausted afterwards which let's me know that they were at ease during the stay.

Shelby is amazing! She took care of them as if they were her own. She gave them tons of love and compassion. She sent tons of videos and text that kept me well informed. Which is what I needed because I am an extremely neurotic about leaving my babies. I love her so much. I’ve already rebooked to have her watch my dogs again.. I highly recommend Shelby.

Amanda is our go to dog sitter for our dogs Maddie and Bo! We always know they are well taken care of and she consistently sends pictures and updates on how they’re doing. She is flexible with drop off and pick up times, which is so helpful when travel plans unexpectedly change. I can’t recommend Amanda enough, she’s the best!!
