My name is Lin, and I’m a pet sitter with a special focus on cats and small pets I currently have two cats of my own, one senior cat and one younger kitten, so I’m very familiar with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I understand that every cat adjusts differently in a new environment, and I always try to create a calm, low stress space where they can feel safe and comfortable at their own pace. I have experience with shy cats, affectionate cats, high energy kittens, and pets that need a little extra patience or monitoring. I pay close attention to eating habits, litter box changes, behavior, and overall comfort during their stay. Our home is clean, quiet, and pet friendly, and I always make sure pets have their own safe space if they need time alone. I also send regular updates, photos, and videos so you can feel connected while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and truly enjoy getting to know their personalities 😊

Schedule
I work during the day from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but I maintain a structured routine to ensure pets are well cared for before and after work. In the mornings, I provide feeding, cleaning, and check-ins, and in the afternoons and evenings I dedicate time for play, interaction, and monitoring. I’m available for boarding, drop-in visits, and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends. I also have a home monitoring system to check on pets while I’m away, ensuring they remain safe and comfortable throughout the day.

I provide a clean, quiet, and secure home environment that is ideal for both cats and small dogs. My home is a house in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, with a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time for dogs. I have two cats of my own — one calm and very friendly, and one playful — both are well-socialized and non-aggressive. I also have a separate room available for safe and gradual introductions or full separation if needed. All windows are secured with screens, and pets are always kept in a controlled and safe indoor environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, litter box care, and behavior monitoring. I provide daily photo and video updates for peace of mind, and I only accept a limited number of pets (maximum of 3 at a time) to ensure each pet receives proper attention and care.
