About: Hello, I’m excited to meet your fur babies! I grew up rescuing and fostering dogs and cats. I have experience with taking care of dogs, cats, turtles, fish and small farm animals. I have worked with professional dog trainers to be more aware on how to handle someone’s pet or situation that may occur. At the moment I work a part time with good flexibility. I make my own schedule so I’ll have the necessary time available to make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve. I love being active so you can rest assure that your fur baby will have lots of play time! Whatever he/she may need I will provide. If they are on a strict diet or medical routine I will make sure to keep all routines while you are away. If your pet has any specific commands that they respond to please be sure to let me know so it’s easier on them and myself to keep their routine the same. If your pet requieres more at home cuddles, I’m up for the job! I will make sure their area is always clean and maintained as well.

“Bonnie is so sweet and did so well with our dogs! She communicated very well and she’s an amazing photographer! She was flexible with our plans and was very punctual each time.”

About: I've always grown up having dog. Our first was a greyhound (named Moonlight) rescued from the racetracks. Around age 9 we got another dog a Chihuahua--pekingese mix (named Mercury). In my twenties I adopted a bichon-frise mixed named Apollo and a few years later an orange tabby cat named Oogie. After moving to Upland from Los Angeles I am looking to restablish myself as a pet care taker. I have a natural way with animals, making them very comfortable in my care.
About: I have over 10 years of pet care. From pets to walks to giving meds, I have loads experience with pets. I love treating them with respect and giving them that extra attention they deserve! I am usually off by 3pm and enjoy evening walks. I think it would be really great to get back into taking walks. I am very excited about this opportunity I like to treat animals with respect. I think it’s very important to create boundaries especially in a home where they do not like pets on their furniture.

“I had a last minute work trip come up and had to hire a dog walker last minute. I got lucky to find Laura! Laura was friendly and professional and my dog was happy when I returned home. I will definitely be using Laura again. Thanks Laura!”

About: I grew up around different pets and animals so I learned from others how to adapt to their differences. 5 years ago when we adopted our cat Michy that's when I officially became a pet parent and truly learned about the responsibilities and how to take care of our pets. Since them I'm able to accommodate to other pet parents who have other responsibilities but still want to provide genuine care for their fur babies! I have extra time on my hands to dedicate to pet sitting. I am able to drive so I am flexible with multiple check ins if necessary and provide a more detailed and careful. I ask for detailed description of how to best take care of your pets, the more details you can provide the easier it is for me to provide adequate care. As a pet owner myself I understand how much they mean to us and will provide the same attention and love while you're away!
About: I am a dog mom of a rambunctious Siberian husky/ German shepherd who I’ve cared for since he was 7 weeks old. I grew up taking care of large dogs, but I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, calm or hyper. I thoroughly enjoy walking on my free time and would love to take your beloved pet for a stroll or look after them while you are away. Evenings & weekend care preferred. Although, My schedule is slightly flexible as I work from home, please reach out to me so we may discuss your needs. As I have a fur baby I do not care to have other animals in my home, however I will gladly come to you and make sure your pet’s safety is my top priority.

About: I've had dogs my whole life and do extensive research to ensure they live a wonderful life. I am open to helping with training and senior care. I would also love to care for other pets as well I'm not limited to dogs! I've cared for pets within my family as well as neighbors and loved the experiences I got to have with the pets. Their safety is my number one priority always! I only study online so I am basically free all the time. Please let me know your schedule and I'm sure I can be available. I do have two small dog and they are a bit skiddish but that has taught me a lot about body language in animals. I am unable to offer pet sitting at my home but in a client's home I will make it a point to abide by house rules and instructions left for the pets! Have the pet feel loved, comfortable, and cared for will always be my top priority.

About: I've taken care of my neighbors pets off and on since 2018. Along with that I have taken care of my own dog since 2019. I don't mind picking up after a dog or if necessary cleaning up a dog in case something goes wrong I'm currently between jobs but I make it a priority to walk my dog every morning around my neighborhood 2-3 times a day 7 days a week. I make sure my dog is fed every morning and night, we play whenever she has too much energy or gets zoomies. Checking in on my neighbors or technically clients animals was always a top priority every morning or every other morning depending on instructions. I have no issues house sitting if it is needed

I am self-employed with a business that has weekly events on weekends. During the week, I take off the entire day to care for pets if I have it scheduled. I always want to give the best attention and care. I have a fenced yard with ample space to run around. I also have a husky at home who can hang around inside or outside if separation of dogs is necessary.

I’m available throughout the week for walks, check-ins, overnight care, and spending quality time with pets so they stay comfortable and cared for. “Birdie just finished her first walk with Valerie and she was well exercised - for a high energy dog like mine, that’s exactly what I need! Thank you so much, Valerie. Will def be booking again.”

About: I have been around cats and dogs for most of my life. One of the most rewarding experiences was taking care of a cat diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I worked closely with his owner to ensure he lived his best life for about a year after his diagnosis. It was incredibly fulfilling to see how well he thrived under our care. The veterinarians were pleasantly surprised with our efforts in monitoring his eating habits and ensuring he wasn’t breathing too hard. It truly reinforced my belief in the importance of attentive and compassionate pet care. As a proud dog owner myself, I understand the unique bond that pets share with their humans. One of my favorite activities is visiting the dog park, where I can enjoy the energy and joy that dogs bring. I work 8-5, but I’m available on weekends or even weekday evenings. I usually go to my clients homes after work and care for their pet. It depends on what kind of care the pet needs. I can cater my services to best fit the type of care that the pet needs. Whether that’s a sick pet, a healthy pet. I make sure they have food and water when they’re supposed to. I make sure to take them on walks as needed (dogs, although I can also walk a cat if that’s what’s asked of me hahaha never done that before but not against the idea 😂) honestly, anything the pet needs I’m willing to cater my services to the pets needs.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Upland
Wonderfully meeting Angelina and she's clearly a natural with dogs. My Malamute took an immediate like to her. My biggest concern when meeting a new walker or sitter is if they know how to handle big, strong dog like my Malamute and Angelina definitely does. Highly recommend for dogs big and small!
I couldn’t be happier with Adriana! She is reliable, caring, and clearly loves dogs. My dogs came home happy and relaxed after their first walk, and I really appreciate the updates and photos along the way. It’s clear that Adriana goes above and beyond to make sure my furry friends are safe, exercised, and well-cared-for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog walker!

Laura is amazing and we truly miss her already. I have three special needs fur babies and she took such good care of them every time whether it was dog walking or house sitting. I trusted her in my home with them and out on walks which my two dogs are very demanding as one is blind and one has ptsd. She always kept them safe. We love and miss you Laura!

Jazzric, was exactly what we where hoping for when we signed up for a dog walker to walk Rocco while we where away for 10 days. He walk Rocco twice a day for and hour and somedays they walked over and hour. Jazzric knew that Rocco was shy and he was so patient with him and now I came home to a more confident and outgoing dog believe me Jazzric is a dog whisperer, if he is available I will be requesting his service. Thank you Thank you Jazzric.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment.
