Thank you Yumi & Cody for taking care of our cat. You are amazing! This was our rebooking and we trusted them completely. They treated our cat like their family member. They were playing with him every day and took a lot of pictures of him. I could see my cat was very happy with them and their cats and dogs. We will absolutely choose them as our cat’s sitter next time!
Cannot express how happy I am with Yumi and Cody’s attentiveness and care that they provided while taking care my kitten. Our usual cat sitter was out on vacation so based off their amazing reviews we decided to board our new kitten with them and they were amazing with her. Providing daily updates and pictures it was such a relief knowing she was in great hands. Highly recommend both of them!
Ollie really seemed happy from the photos that were provided. I definitely will book with Yumi and Cody again. They even did a home visit prior to our booking to see if they got along with Ollie and everything went perfectly
Yumi & Cody were awesome!! They checked in with our little guys daily and made sure they had lots of food and water and pets and attention and play time. Super communicative too and sent lots of cat pictures (which of course I can never get enough of). Would not hesitate to book them again!

Yumi and Cody are amazing! It is evident that they really care about the animals that are in their care. They are super courteous and communicative, leaving detailed notes for each visit and a ton of cute and really good photos. They spent time playing with our two cats and made sure their litter boxes were always cleaned and made sure they had food and fresh water. They also vacuumed and wiped up areas around the litter boxes and feeding areas. We came home to happy and well cared for cats and a clean home. We look forward to having Yumi and Cody take care of our babies again!

Schedule
Yumi is an RN and currently working 2x/week night shift so she will be available most days. Cody is a fulltime sitter. Yumi speaks fluent Japanese and Cody knows some too! We are pretty much available 24/7. One or both of us will take care of your babies!

Safety, trust & environment
[Boarding] We do not accept intact(non spayed/non neutered) cats due to high risk of spraying. Cats are routine oriented so we will do our best to follow your cat(s) schedule as host mommy and daddy:) Your cat(s) will stay in the designated cat boarding room to protect both your cats and ours from potential exposure to asymptomatic diseases like FECV/FIP, FeLV. We will sanitize the room with rescue, wash everything that is washable between guests. Each boarding room is a private room, and your cat(s) will not share the space with any other clients’ cats. There are 3 boarding rooms available and boarding room 1 & 2 have TVs, windows, wall furnitures and cat trees. Boarding room 3 has 2 cat trees and large sliding doors facing our backyard. ⭐️Boarding room 1 is about 100sqft comes with 85sqft CATIO. CATIO use is between 8am and 8pm(or at dusk). ⭐️Boarding room 2 is about 120sqft. ⭐️Boarding room 3 is about 130sqft comes with 96sqft CATIO. We send daily updates with pictures around 4pm. [Drop in visits for cats and dogs] We will feed them, change their water, clean the litter box for cats/take dogs for a potty and play with them. Please give us care instructions when we do a meet and greet with you:) [Dog walking] We will take your dogs for a walk and feed them if needed.
Pets
A typical day
[Boarding] Cats will receive plenty of attention, playtime, pets, daily room cleaning, and 24/7 video camera monitoring. It typically takes about 1–2 days for them to adjust to their new environment and new people. As you know, change can be very stressful for cats. Please feed your cats before bringing them, as they may not eat on the first day. We will not pet them until they give us permission. Instead, we’ll visit them frequently and sit where they can see us without approaching them until they’re comfortable. This is how we earn their trust. :)
