“I had a fantastic experience with Craig. Everything was great! He went above and beyond!!!. I had an accident and on crutches and he accommodated my last minute request. He went above and beyond and spent extra time with Maxx to make sure he tired him out. Additionally he’s reliable, communicated well, and showed genuine care for Maxx. Can’t say enough great things about Craig. I highly recommend Craig for all your pet care needs.”

“Kobe loves Cheyenne, and will definitely use her again. She is very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns. She brought her own treats which my chonky boy loved. She is very good with dogs and pays attention to their personalities.”

About: Growing up with dogs as beloved members of my family has instilled in me a profound love for animal care. I find genuine joy in tending to puppies, and I've been fortunate to extend my care to my last two doggy boys, accompanying them until the very end of their lives. My last dog, Oreo, was completely blind and deaf in his final years; I tried to make sure he was comfortable at all times. Currently enjoying retirement without any pets at home, I am thrilled to offer your dog full-time care. This includes enjoyable trail walks and a flexible schedule tailored to accommodate the unique preferences of your furry companions. In my retirement, my schedule is flexible, allowing me to tailor my time to meet the unique needs of your dog. Mornings would kick off with a breakfast for them, followed by a refreshing leg-stretching session. Afterward, it's back home for a cozy morning nap. As the afternoon rolls around, I'll take my furry companions out once more, ensuring they enjoy another invigorating walk before the sun sets. My home comes complete with a fully fenced yard, providing a secure haven for your dogs. Their safety is my utmost priority, and you can trust that they will be under constant and attentive care in this protected environment.

Highly recommend!”

“Hannah did a great job with our pups! I was nervous about having someone else walk them because while they are very sweet they are big. She did an awesome job and even got them some cooling towels to wear when it was really hot!!”

“Laura is extraordinary! Her happy spirit extends straight to my dog Dylan. She is so loving to him and yet gets him up and moving. I’m recovering from surgery and am having her walk Dylan every weekday, so Laura is such a blessing. Dylan now trots to the door to meet her each morning and comes home ready for a big nap. I couldn’t recommend Laura more.”

Craig T. was great! He not only helped me out with a last-minute request; I was impressed by how well-prepared he was. His backpack even included water for our dogs! Craig was ready and willing to provide them with whatever kind of walk experience I requested: leisurely, bisk pace or faster, all 4 dogs at once, or 2 at a time. His flexibility was greatly appreciated. It doesn't happen often, but if I'm ever in a bind again, I'll definitely request Craig T. and readily recommend him to anyone who needs a good dog walker. Thanks, Craig!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
