Pet care experience

I can't wait to meet you(r dog)

I have been a trainer at PetSmart for the last 5 1/2 years. In that time I have worked with a large variety of breeds, including, German shepherd dogs, Cane Corso's, bully breeds, terriers, poodle mixes of all kinds, and many more. I am quite proud of my skills when it comes to working with dogs. As someone who has a very skittish dog myself I think I am quite good at helping scared dogs come around to me. For dogs that are more bold and play driven I am able to (when requested) bring them to my half acre lot to play fetch and run off leash to help with some of the energy needs. (We can discuss this more in length, if requested.) In my own home I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, 1 gecko, 1 jumping spider, and 2 fish tanks. So you could definitely say I have experience with a lot of different animals!

Safety, trust & environment

Ever since I was a child I have grown up with dogs, cats, lizards, frogs, hamsters, fish, guinea pigs, and chickens. This helps me be comfortable with any type of pet. When I was 7 my parents began to give me more responsibility with our dogs; those included, feeding, watering, walking, and training. 9 years later we got my dog Jax and I spent months training him. I enjoy working with dogs of all shapes and sizes. After all, it is my job to be there for them in whatever way I can.

House Sitting • Sep 01, 2026

We had a wonderful experience with Hannah taking care of our dog, Zara, for five days. She did an amazing job caring for Zara and made us feel completely comfortable while we were away. Hannah kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and updates, which we really appreciated. It was clear that Zara was well cared for, happy, and in great hands. Hannah was responsible, caring, and attentive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. We would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to take care of their pet. Thank you, Hannah, for taking such great care of Zara!

Schedule

As it stands currently Rover is one of three part-time jobs I have and I build my weekly schedule accordingly. I do have some time blocks that are nonnegotiable such as Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 pm-9 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-2 pm and Sundays from 12 pm-6 pm. On those days and times, I have work at PetSmart as a dog trainer. My mission with Rover is to provide a safe and loving experience for you and your fur babies. I also want to create a bond with your pet because who doesn't love being greeted with a wagging tail and wet kisses? This bond is something that I think sets me apart from other sitters, I put in the time and effort to get to know your pet. I enjoy knowing what toys they like, where they enjoy being pet, and what their favorite treats are.

I have a variety of animals in my life and understand that every pet is different so when we book I will ask the following questions. (Not all inclusive) >Are your care instructions up to date? >Does your furry friend have any health issues and/or need any medication? >What is your dog's routine for outings or walks? >Can you provide a harness for walks? >How do you reward your pup? >Who is an emergency contact for your pet? (If you are unable to be reached) >Do they have any favorite games or toys? >Does your pet have any allergies that I need to be aware of? >(If dog) Is your dog reactive to people, cars, or other dogs? (This will ense safe and happy walks)
