My sister’s shiba inu is a menace to society, but I was able to connect with her by learning about shiba stubbornness. I would love to get to know your dog / cat and give them lots of pets. I’ve recently quit my job and I’m doing side hustles to supplement my income. My schedule is currently wide open and I’m ready to take clients! If you choose to board with me, my house is clean and clutter free. I have a persian cat that gets along with all animals and humans, but if your dog or cat is not fond of cats or other animals, I have a separate room that I can place my cat in.

About: I have a huge place in my heart for animals! I grew up on a farm in the midwest. We had all the animals. It was awesome. Now at 48 years old, healthy, tall and strong, I have owned lots of pets over the decades and have been pet sitting for longer than I can remember. I love animals more than people, and they all love me right back! Im a calm spirit that dogs and cats are comfortable around. Even the most anxious and nervous pets will fall in love with me. I am in school online so my schedule is really open. Sunday morning for church is my only off day. I usually do my school work on Tuesday and Thursday but its very flexible. I am honest, respectable, Christian, reliable, experienced, trustworthy, and able bodied. I am an avid walker so this is a great fit. I also have a very calm demeanor that puts animals at ease.

“Kirsten is a SUPERSTAR!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Lifesaver—Went Above and Beyond During a Scheduling Crisis! I cannot recommend Kirsten highly enough! She is, without a doubt, the most responsible, professional, and thoughtful house and pet sitter we have ever used. We recently faced a stressful situation entirely due to a mistake on my part: I accidentally booked her to end a day before we actually returned home. Because she had another commitment, she couldn't stay the extra day. While I was frantically searching from afar for a backup sitter to cover the gap, Kirsten completely stepped up to handle the logistics and ease my panic. She volunteered to stay at the house as late as she possibly could to ensure our pets were cared for. Not only that, but she also offered to personally meet the new backup sitter, handing everything over and bringing her up to speed so the transition was seamless. To top it all off, she went out of her way to wash the sheets and remake the bed for the incoming sitter, emptied all the trash, and left the house in pristine condition. What a relief it was to me when she stepped up! Nothing could have totally eliminated my stress, but her level of care, kindness, and maturity mitigated what could have been a disaster. I’ve watched dogs of all ages and sizes, cats of all levels of friendliness, fish, birds, lizards, even a pack of neighborhood stray cats (they were fixed and released back to the community they were found in). I love animals, always have, and I work from home so I am very flexible as far as availability. I just bring my work laptop wherever I go, and work from anywhere. I’ll keep your place safe and tidy while your gone, as well as your pets. I gather mail, water plants, take out/bring in garbage bins… I treat your home as though it belongs to a celebrity ☺️ I keep my rates fairly low because honestly, it’s fun for me. I cannot bring pets to my apartment, but I will keep your pet’s daily routine as close to normal as possible. I find this alleviates extra stress. I also stay overnight at your home, and i bring my own linens and towels and things, so that’s one less thing to worry about upon your return.
