About: As an elementary school teacher, I have dedicated my career to caring for and nurturing others, and I bring that same patience, responsibility, and compassion to pet care. I’ve always loved animals and understand that every dog has their own personality, needs, and routine. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles or simply having a calm caring companion, I am committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I am dependable, attentive to details, and happy to follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, or daily routine. I know how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide peace of mind for pet parents and have a fun, positive experience to their furry friends! 🐶 As an elementary school teacher, I have a very flexible schedule during the summer and am available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. I am also available during the daytime on weekends and can often accommodate a variety of schedules. I love spending time with animals and look forward to providing them with plenty of attention, exercise, and care while helping pet owners feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands. 🐾💕 I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I always strive to provide care that matches their normal routine and helps them feel comfortable and secure. I have a spayed, 11-year-old female Yorkshire Terrier who has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and attentive care, especially as dogs get older and require a little extra love and attention. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. I also respect each pet's personality, whether they are energetic and playful or prefer a calmer environment.

About: Hi! I’m a huge animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs. I’ve had lots of experience dog sitting for friends and coworkers, and I’m excited to expand and meet more amazing pups and their owners. I’m currently based in Diamond Bar, CA in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. There’s a dog park just 5 minutes away, and I have a large, secure backyard where dogs can safely roam, play, and relax. I also have a cockerdoodle named Sosa. He is very social and does great with other dogs. He regularly plays at Smartparke in Brea, so I’m very comfortable managing and caring for multiple dogs with different personalities. I truly enjoy spending quality time with pets, whether that’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company so they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I’d love to meet your pup and make them feel right at home! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already structure my day around caring for my own dog. I plan my schedule to allow time for walks, feeding, playtime, and consistent supervision throughout the day. I’m home often, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and not leave them alone for long periods. Throughout the week, I stay flexible to meet each pet’s needs, whether that’s extra walks, social time, or a calmer environment. Your pet’s comfort and routine will always be a priority in my day. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets feel at home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions. In my home, dogs have access to a large, secure backyard and are always supervised. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I give lots of attention, affection, and updates so owners feel at ease while they’re away.

About: My family has had a wide variety of dogs and cats. I’ve had experience with managing puppy's and other senior dogs, I have a puppy of my own right now. My sister is a groomer as well. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to work with and play with new and old dogs and cats. I have a very flexible schedule. I have a large backyard with grass and brick walls and a small Shiba Inu and large Akita to keep your dog company! We have baby gates and lots of space in the house to separate the dogs if you prefer. Down the street from a park so more than happy to take them to it

About: I love both cats and dogs (furry animals in general). I had my first dog when I was 16. In college, I had the experience of taking care of another friend's pet when my friend was gone and occasionally volunteered at an animal shelter. One of my accomplishments at the shelter was seeing two kittens that I fostered get adopted. Besides the basic task of playing and feeding your dog, I can also walk your dog, wash your dog, and can even administer oral medications if needed. For cats, I can groom them, feed them, change out litter, and play with them as well! I am also reachable by both phone and email and will try to respond to you within 24 hours. I am currently in the middle of changing career track. As such, I am flexible if given enough notice, such as if care is needed on the weekends or for a vacation. In terms of watching a pet in a client's home, I can send pictures of your pooch or kitty each day. I am also a very good communicator and would ask for emergency contacts (such as the client's preferred vet) prior to caring for your pet(s).

About: I have experience caring for dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I am a big dog lover and have raised my own dogs since they were babies, so I understand how much love, patience, and attention they need at every age. I can help with feeding, walking, basic puppy training, senior dog care, and giving lots of love and affection. I also enjoy preparing simple dog-friendly meals, such as chicken breast and egg yolk, when allowed by the owner. I live in a spacious home with a large yard in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There is also a big park nearby, which is perfect for walks and outdoor time. Your dog will be safe, comfortable, and loved like family with me. I am a full-time stay-at-home mom, so pets can stay with me almost all day. I have a very flexible schedule and can give them plenty of attention, walks, playtime, feeding, and care throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and a spacious two-story home where pets can feel safe and comfortable. I usually live alone, and sometimes my daughter stays with me when she is back from college. I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep the home clean, and make sure pets are supervised, loved, and well cared for.

About: Hey fur mom and dad! My name is Ary. A little bit about myself is I am a pre-nursing student currently enrolled online through Arizona State University where I plan to earn a Bachelors in Science in Nursing. When I am not working on school work, I am spending time with family and friends, walking my own fur babies or volunteering at my local animal shelter. I currently have 3 dachshunds, 1 Chihuahua, and 1 Maltipoo-Terrier mix as my children. I have grown up in a family of dog lovers where they taught me to treat animals with love, kindness, and like your children. To say I love dogs is an understatement. My dream is to one day open an animal/dog sanctuary so I can foster dogs, rehabilitate them, and find them safe homes without fear of euthanasia. Dogs are sensitive, powerful creatures that are blessed with the ability to heal people without ever saying a word. They are the difference between a house and a home. They are family. Other than raising multiple dogs through out my childhood, I have 2 years of experience pet sitting and dog walking. I also have 1 year of experience volunteer at my local animal shelter where I walk, feed, and love on these beautiful dogs. As I mentioned previously, I am schooling online so my availability to care for your babies is mostly open except for somedays of the week after 6 pm as I also work part time. My schedule can be adjusted given a week’s notice ahead of time as your pets are my number 1 priority. Feel free to message me about any schedule concerns and I guarantee we can come to a solution together! When it comes to caring for your pets, it is my job to pick up their pre-existing routines and also make sure they can make fun and safe new activities with Fur Auntie Ary. I can’t wait to meet some new furry friends and earn your trust as well as theirs. See you all soon!

About: Hi there! I am passionate about dogs as they are great company and an all around joy to be around! I grew up with dogs since I was a child, so I understand the guilt an owner can have while constantly away at work; therefore I would love to help out any way I can whether it be walking, checking in, or sitting while you are away on a trip or constantly at work! Dogs in my eyes are just like people, except fury, and they deserve all the care, love, and attention in the world. Helping is rewarding feeling, and with dogs included it's that much more awesome! About: Currently, I’m a graduate student aspiring a career in Athletic Training. I’m attentive, reliable, and genuinely care about each dog’s routine and personality. I stay present, keep communication clear, and adjust to your dog’s energy whether that means active play or a calm hangout. Your dog gets real care, not just someone stopping by. I have a pretty flexible schedule that changes throughout the week. Typically, I am more available in early morning or late night, but I am willing to accommodate. If given the opportunity to care for your pet in your home, I would treat both your pet and house better than I would my own.

About: We have a nearly 17-year-old cat and a 6-year-old Miniature Schnauzer. Our cat was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease about eight years ago, and since then we’ve been providing her with consistent, attentive care, including daily monitoring, diet management, and overall comfort. The fact that she has been able to stay with us for so many years means a great deal to our family. Although she is now quite senior, we truly cherish every day we have with her, and this experience has given us a deep understanding of caring for elderly and special-needs pets. Our Schnauzer is lively, affectionate, and responds well to basic commands. She has grown up alongside our daughter and is very much a part of our family. Having cared for both senior and medically sensitive pets, we value patience, attention to detail, and a calm, safe environment, and we treat every pet in our care as a member of the family. Caring for pets is already part of my daily life. As a parent and a student with a flexible schedule, I’m able to incorporate pet care into my routine with regular walks, feeding times, play, and quiet companionship throughout the day. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment in all pet care settings. In my home, pets are supervised closely and cared for in a clean, quiet, and secure space that is suitable for their comfort and needs. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, including feeding instructions, activity levels, and any special care requirements. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain consistency with the pet’s usual schedule and environment. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and communicate promptly with owners if I notice anything unusual. I believe trust is built through reliability, patience, and attention to detail, and I always care for pets as if they were my own.

About: Hey there! I’m Celeste. Ever since I could remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Ranging from cats and dogs to farm animals. Personally, having 2 cats and a GSD of my own. I’m not short on experience with animals large and small and administering medication. It’s a stressful experience to leave our pets at home, and just as confusing for them. I wish to treat them with the same love and attention they get at home while they eagerly await your return. I’m currently an Animal Science student, soon to be graduate. I’m looking for a part-time, but in the meantime, I have a wide-availability up until late August. Available everyday unless stated otherwise. When you book with me, your pet will enjoy neighborhood walks, plenty of cuddle time on the couch, as well as any and all needs taken care of. I have a flexible schedule for the summer, which means your pet will rarely be left alone for long periods on the weekends.

She also took some great photos! She was our first experience using Rover and set the expectation bar high. We haven’t found anyone that compares. We miss her greatly but schedules changed and we had to part ways. We would absolutely hire Sarina again in a heartbeat!

Katie has been an amazing dog walker for my big Berner, Juna. Juna can be a bit stubborn and very suspicious of new people in her life, but she and Katie really hit it off from the beginning. Katie has the right energy for dog walking and for handling high-anxiety pups. I could always count on her to be kind, punctual, and communicative. I’ll most certainly be using Katie again, and I’d encourage anyone else with a 100+ lb dog to do the same.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
