“Shadow has a blast during his stay with Xutao. Yes, Shadow told me so. He was so thankful for all of the affection he received during his stay. I didn't want to board Shadow at a generic facility because he seeks human interaction and Xutao and his family provided a lot of it. As a dog mom that worries so much, I appreciated the updates and pictures/videos. Xutao was also extremely understanding and accommodating to my last minute schedule and very late and very early drop off/pick up. A+++. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

“Left my dachshund, Asher, for 3 days of boarding with Lesly due to flying out of town for a family reunion over the weekend. I have never left Asher overnight besides leaving him with my parents for a similar length trip, so was a little nervous leaving him for 3 days and without my parents to watch him since they were going to the reunion as well. Fortunately, we found Lesly very close to our home which made it very convenient to pick up and drop Asher off. She made sure to send multiple updates throughout the day and made her home a comfortable stay for Asher. He really looked like he enjoyed his time here and was well taken care of. I will definitely board Asher again with Lesly for future needs and would recommend her to take care of your dog.”

About: I have had lots of experience around all kids of pups for my entire life, belonging to close family to friends. I often dogsit for my Auntie, who's energetic shelter puppy is now older and very anxious, and it is incredibly rewarding! Feeding schedules and socialization are the top priority! I am a student who is home for the summer, so I am at home every day! I am not employed over the summer, so I have time to devote my attention to your beloved pets! Feeding schedules are at 8 am when I usually wake up, 2 pm when I prepare lunch, and dinner is at 8pm. Walks and play sessions will be in between! Any baths can be administered before dinner! I have a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for energetic dogs of any size. The inside of the home is clean, and there are several empty, cool rooms that are perfect for cats to relax in. I have no animals in the home, so visitors are free to explore comfortably!

About: I've always grown up having dog. Our first was a greyhound (named Moonlight) rescued from the racetracks. Around age 9 we got another dog a Chihuahua--pekingese mix (named Mercury). In my twenties I adopted a bichon-frise mixed named Apollo and a few years later an orange tabby cat named Oogie. After moving to Upland from Los Angeles I am looking to restablish myself as a pet care taker. I have a natural way with animals, making them very comfortable in my care.

About: I've taken care of my neighbors pets off and on since 2018. Along with that I have taken care of my own dog since 2019. I don't mind picking up after a dog or if necessary cleaning up a dog in case something goes wrong I'm currently between jobs but I make it a priority to walk my dog every morning around my neighborhood 2-3 times a day 7 days a week. I make sure my dog is fed every morning and night, we play whenever she has too much energy or gets zoomies. Checking in on my neighbors or technically clients animals was always a top priority every morning or every other morning depending on instructions. I have no issues house sitting if it is needed

About: I have been around cats and dogs for most of my life. One of the most rewarding experiences was taking care of a cat diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I worked closely with his owner to ensure he lived his best life for about a year after his diagnosis. It was incredibly fulfilling to see how well he thrived under our care. The veterinarians were pleasantly surprised with our efforts in monitoring his eating habits and ensuring he wasn’t breathing too hard. It truly reinforced my belief in the importance of attentive and compassionate pet care. As a proud dog owner myself, I understand the unique bond that pets share with their humans. One of my favorite activities is visiting the dog park, where I can enjoy the energy and joy that dogs bring. I work 8-5, but I’m available on weekends or even weekday evenings. I usually go to my clients homes after work and care for their pet. It depends on what kind of care the pet needs. I can cater my services to best fit the type of care that the pet needs. Whether that’s a sick pet, a healthy pet. I make sure they have food and water when they’re supposed to. I make sure to take them on walks as needed (dogs, although I can also walk a cat if that’s what’s asked of me hahaha never done that before but not against the idea 😂) honestly, anything the pet needs I’m willing to cater my services to the pets needs.

“Shadow has a blast during his stay with Xutao. Yes, Shadow told me so. He was so thankful for all of the affection he received during his stay. I didn't want to board Shadow at a generic facility because he seeks human interaction and Xutao and his family provided a lot of it. As a dog mom that worries so much, I appreciated the updates and pictures/videos. Xutao was also extremely understanding and accommodating to my last minute schedule and very late and very early drop off/pick up. A+++. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

They are both very friendly around other animals and if you are not comfortable with yours being around other animals, that is totally understandable and I can easily separate them into their own individual spaces. I can crate them as well too if desired or needed. I have a very open backyard so lots of space to run around. As far as service in your home, I make sure to keep it how I walked into the space by meeting the dog or cat’s needs and cleaning up any messes they may have left. “We have a 5-month-old bloodhound puppy and we we're very concerned about who to have her stay with. We did not want her at your typical place where she would be in a kennel from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and throughout the day. After researching multiple people on Rover we decided to go with Dennis. He is so great he has a big backyard for dogs to play and was patient with me when I told him about all her needs. We felt very comfortable about leaving our baby with him.
