“Donut had a great stay with Estella, and I would definitely book again! She is easy to communicate with, and very responsive. I enjoyed meeting both her and her dogs. Estella really cares about dogs, and has a lot of experience. I was quite nervous about boarding Donut for longer than usual, but she made me feel reassured and sent me updates, videos, and pics while I was away. He looked like he had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs in her care. Really appreciate how well she took care of Donut!”

“Leo spent 2 weeks with Leng and she looked after him as if he were her own. We got wonderful updates and pictures daily and Leo was always happy and enjoying time with Leng’s dogs, especially Laly. Leo loves cuddles and belly rubs and he got plenty of those too! This was Leo’s first time with Leng and her family and we could not have been more relaxed or happier with the love, care and attention Leo received. We thank you for taking such great care of Leo. I know he will miss you and playing with Laly. I would rebook without hesitation!”

“This past week an unexpected change in my work schedule resulted in my need to find a doggy sitter last minute for my two big puppies. I reached out to Huina, and she quickly and graciously offered to take care of them. Not only did she pick the pups up for me (which I am so grateful for, due to how busy I was that day), but the entire time I was gone on my trip she sent me pics and videos that showed my pups were happy, content, and well taken care of. “My cat Melody stayed with Angel for 6 days. Angel was so patient and caring with my 5 month old cat, who is scared of everything and easily frightened. I greatly appreciated the daily updates of her stay while we were on vacation for the holidays. Melody seemed very comfortable and happy during her stay. I was starting to get scared she wouldn’t want to come back lol😆. We also forgot to trim Melody’s nails ourselves before our trip and Angel went above and beyond with trimming them herself, which we are very thankful for. “This was our first time using Rover and a boarder for any of our animals and it was a wonderful experience overall. Valerie was very accommodating regarding the initial drop off and for a small fee she dropped our dog off at home so he was there waiting for us. She provided little updates for us, which calmed any worries we may have had. Another wonderful touch was coming home to a clean puppy after Valerie bathed him for us. We highly recommend Valerie!!”
