I especially loved that they only watch one dog at a time, or if you have multiple dogs like I do, they only care for your dogs. This gave me so much peace of mind knowing Bentley and Roy were getting their full attention and weren’t being overwhelmed by a house full of other dogs. They went above and beyond in every way. They took Bentley and Roy on multiple walks each day, played with them, and gave them so much love and attention. Grace even makes her own homemade dog treats to give the dogs while they stay with her, which I thought was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. They also picked the dogs up from my house and dropped them back off, making everything incredibly convenient. And when I unexpectedly missed my flight, they didn’t hesitate for a second to keep Bentley and Royce for an additional day. Grace even offered to make them chicken for the extra day because she knew that’s what I normally feed them. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to me. It was obvious from the beginning that Bentley and Roy were not just being “watched” — they were genuinely cared for and treated like family. I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. I cannot recommend Grace and Joe highly enough. It was our very first experience with Rover and Huina, we had a trip planned and planned on leaving her with family and friends but plans changed and we found ourselves looking for for a sitter again. Read a ton of reviews and proximity to us, found Huina and luckily her schedule was open. She was great at keeping us posted on how mocha was doing, sent pictures and videos which we appreciated. Mocha seemed happy while she was there, Huina's care for our fur baby means the world to us and we are thankful our timing was just right, thank you Rover and Huina for making this a pleasant and safe experience.
This was my first time ever using Rover to board my dog, so I was definitely a little nervous about leaving Luna with someone new. Xutao made me feel very comfortable and reassured me throughout her stay. I really appreciated the updates and knowing that Luna was doing well. He also had another dog staying with him, so Luna was able to socialize and have some company, which was really nice! I would’ve loved to see a few more photos of Luna, but I completely understand that things can get busy. Overall, we had a great experience and I’ll definitely be using Xutao again! 😊

Jessica and her family are absolutely wonderful! We had a family emergency recently. Jessica made it possible for us to travel to be with them; her kindness and empathy were comforting while we were dealing with some scary news. Our "puppy" (4 years old) came back happy and at the same time excited to see us. He had such a fantastic time with them and was very well cared for while we were gone.

Our dog got sick while in her care and she handled it really well — she rinsed his eyes out carefully, kept a close eye on him, and made sure he was comfortable.
