About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have had both cats and dogs as part of my family for as long as I can remember. I was also an equestrian in my youth, which gave me an early appreciation for animals, their individual personalities, and the importance of patience and gentle, consistent care. I previously worked as an Adoption Counselor at the Humane Society, where I gained hands-on experience caring for animals with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I have a large 1/4 acre yard with a pool so there’s plenty of room to tire out pups and keep them busy. Angel is a real-life saver. She was so good with our Zoe (dog) and Ramses (cat). Angel responded back right away, and it was a very short notice on our side. Our family member pet sitter had an emergency, and we only had one day to find a sitter for our little fur family, plus the first time using Rover. Angel was ready for them in the morning, and she sent so many pictures of our fur babies two times a day we would get updates. Zoe and Ramses did well with her. You would think our fur babies were staying a week the way I packed their things and it was only a 3 night stayover, but she understood us wanting to make sure they had their favorite things to feel comfortable. Angel made them so comfortable taking Zoe the dog out for walks. Ramses the cat played with his toys and treats. When we picked them up, she had our things ready. Which was so great because we still had to drive home, and it is about one hour away. We made it home and they all took a nap. I will use Angel again when we need a pet sitter. I would definitely leave Otis with Grace & Joe again. They sent me videos of Otis playing. Honestly I think my dog had a better vacation than I did! Grace & Joe took Otis up to the mountains for some cooler weather and did some hiking. Overall I would highly recommend Grace & Joe!
