“I feel very fortunate to have found Bonnie. She has cared for my pup twice now, and it’s been a wonderful fit. She’s always punctual (often early), professional, and attentive with my dog. Bonnie stays in constant communication and frequently sends photo updates, which I truly appreciate. I hope she continues to be available, as I’m confident she will quickly become my go-to sitter. Thank you, Bonnie—you’re amazing!”

“Rosalinda is amazing! She was very efficient and kept all communication short and professional. My babies were so happy to see her every time. Can’t wait to book with her again”

“Natalie was a dream come true. We were so nervous to leave our kitty while we traveled because she needs insulin shots twice per day and is pretty nervous around new people. Natalie put us right at ease with how great she was with our cat and walking us through the process of using Rover for the first time. Natalie was fantastic with our cat, was such a great communicator, and is very trustworthy. We appreciate you so much, Natalie! Will definitely be using you again!”

“Angelica did an amazing job taking care of my English Bulldog Rascal while I was away on vacation. It was my 1st time using Rover and I couldn't of asked for a better service. Thank you!!”

About: Congratulations — you’ve found a truly different kind of sitter!! ☝️To ensure each fur baby receives plenty of love and attentive care in our home, we only host one dog at a time, unless they come from the same household. 💕We seem to have a little magic with animals. Over the past two years, we’ve cared for dozens of dogs, and we believe the kindness you show to animals comes back to you from the world. 🏈Your fur baby will never be bored here. Besides at least two daily walks, I love taking them for water play, surfing, camping, hiking, ball games, frisbee, and even chasing my drone—all with your permission, of course. 🫶We believe that when a fur baby is truly happy, you’ll feel it too. Animals never lie Both my husband and I work from home, and we’re in the international trade industry, so our schedule follows the Asian calendar. This means that during most U.S. holidays, we have plenty of availability to serve as pet sitters. I have a beautiful, fenced backyard and live just one minute away from nearby parks. I work out, run, and go for walks daily, so I can easily ensure at least two potty breaks for your dog every day.
About: Ive been caring for dogs since 2010. From Shih tzus to Weimaraners. I am very understanding of dogs’ needs at any ages, especially senior dogs. For the past 6 years I’ve been caring for cats as well, fully getting to know what goes into cat care. Caring for cats has been such a great experience. I’ve become close to an expert when anticipating a cats needs and wants. I’m comfortable with cats that are super friendly to cats that are super shy and keep to themselves. I currently have full availbility and can care for pets anytime during the day, afternoon, evening and overnight. I am very flexible with my schedule and can work with most schedules. I never leave my dogs unattended in the backyard because while it is completely fenced off they are curious and can sometimes find ways to go get into things. I also never let them off the leash in the front yard. I monitor eating time to make sure no one eats the others food. I also specially prepare their food based on needs (vitamins, mix-ins, microwaving food, etc). Also putting on coats or sweaters if it’s too cold. For my cat I never let her go outside so I’m very diligent when I let the dogs out to the backyard. I prepare her food as well similar methods to the dogs. I keep up with her nail trimming and brushing as well as keep her litter box clean and tidy. They all have had different medications at different times so im very use to keeping track of different medications needed per pet. When weve had chincillas, guinea pigs and fish, Im always very attentive to how they are. This entails monitoring them if they are getting time outside of their enclosure, cleaning up after them and making sure the other animals in home are respectful of their space :). Many times I have had to redirect my cat away from the fish tank with either a churu treat or toy lol :)
“Jess took such good care of my buddies while I was away! She gave great, detailed updates and seemed to take care of my cats as if they were her own. I would definitely recommend her :)”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Rancho Cucamonga
Tanta ia the absolute best. For the first time our family was able to take a trip together because of Tanya's care of our animals. Since we have had our dog, we’ve never been able to travel together. She came prior to our trip to meet our dog and us. She kept her commitment and came to not only feed our pets but to play love and snuggle them. We are ever so grateful for you!

Jessica took time with my 2 cats when she came over to feed them. They have to be separated and both areas and litter boxes were clean. My flight was delayed and she came an extra day - it was nice not having to worry about it. I would definitely recommend her and I will call her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Rancho Cucamonga. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
