This was the first time for Rex boarding with Xutao. He was responsive and provided updates after noticing some scratches and alergies. He took great care of Rex. I will be using his services again.
I have a very shy, seven year-old female boxer that was once abused before she was adopted by me. Because of her history, waffles can sometimes be shy and anxious around men and larger breeds of dogs. I was able to give this instruction to Xuato and he was very understanding, patient and kind with my girl. From the start, he was considerate and asked me questions on how to best handle waffles. I received updates with pictures on the weekend of my vacation that helped ease my mind that waffles was in good hands. I will definitely be rebooking in the future if there is a need. Thank you so much for taking care of my girl.
We always love bringing Boba to Xutao's! Xutao and his family are always so attentive to Boba's needs and communicate whenever needed with updates during the day or texts with questions. Boba always looks forward to spending time with Xutao and his family :)

It was the first time using Rover, and I got lucky with my first visit. Xutao went over and above while my dogs were staying for the weekend. He gave constant updates and sent pictures that put me at ease.
The family was wonderful with Luna, and even helped her with d summer of her dog anxiety!

I provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pets in my home 🏡🐶. My house features a fenced backyard, is pet friendly, hazard free, and very spacious for play and relaxation 🌳🎾. I closely supervise pets at all times to ensure their safety and comfort 🛡️❤️. I maintain feeding schedules, provide fresh water 💧, and ensure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and rest 🐾😴. Trust is my priority, I care for every pet like they are my own, offering love, attention, and a calm atmosphere 💖. Pet parents can rest assured that their furry family members will feel safe, happy, and well-cared for while in my care 🐕✨.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch is filled with care, attention, and fun activities tailored to their needs. In the morning, we’ll start with a nice walk to stretch their legs and enjoy some fresh air. Throughout the day, I provide plenty of playtime, whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or their favorite toys, ensuring they get the exercise and stimulation they need. For pets who enjoy a quieter day, I offer relaxing cuddle time or a cozy spot to nap. I also maintain feeding schedules promptly and make sure they always have fresh water. If your pet loves exploring, we might take a longer walk to a nearby park for some outdoor fun. My goal is to keep them happy, safe, and entertained while you’re away!
