We have firsthand experience caring for both rescue pets and fosters, which has taught us patience, empathy, and how to adapt to a wide variety of pet personalities and needs. We understand that every pet is unique — some need extra love, some need structure, and some just need a safe place to feel at home. Whether it's helping a shy rescue come out of their shell or giving a high-energy pup the exercise they need, we provide personalized care that fits each pet’s personality. We’re also familiar with the needs of both young puppies and senior pets, and we’re comfortable with everything from crate training to administering medication if needed. What sets us apart? Jerrie and Simon were amazing! They kept me up to date with pictures of my boys, and were quick to respond when I reached out to them. I also love that they have a friendly dog as well so my pups had a new friend to play with,very nice couple.
Jerrie and Shumeng did a great job with looking after our dog. They sent over photo updates regularly and communicated well for pick-up and drop-off times. We would gladly ask them to look after Teepo in the future.
Jerrie and Simon took good care of our 3 dogs. They are very responsive and sent us daily pictures and some videos. They made us feel at ease while we were away from our fur babies. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
Our dog Chippy was very well taken care of by Jerrie and Shumeng. He easily adapted to their environment and got along with their pets. Pictures were shared daily and we were updated on his behavior and meals eaten throughout his stay. We highly recommend your services and would not hesitate on selecting you for another stay. We have a fully fenced backyard with easy access, making outdoor time convenient, safe, and frequent for the pets in our care. Whether it’s for playtime, potty breaks, or just soaking up the sun, they have space to relax and roam freely. We also provide real-time dog walks and check-ins throughout the day to ensure your pet is getting plenty of exercise, stimulation, and one-on-one attention. You're welcome to check in with us anytime — we love sharing photo updates! Because we offer 24-hour stays, your pet is never left alone for long. We’re home and hands-on, making sure they feel secure, comfortable, and loved the entire time they’re with us.

When pets stay with us, they become part of our family. We provide a calm, loving environment where each pet gets plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. Our home is pet-friendly with easy access to a fully fenced backyard, so they can enjoy supervised outdoor time throughout the day. We stick closely to your pet’s usual routine — including feeding schedules, walk times, and any special needs — to help them feel at ease and reduce any stress while you're away. Whether it’s belly rubs on the couch or structured crate time, we adjust our care to fit your pet’s personality and preferences. We also provide real-time updates with photos and messages so you can stay connected and know your pet is happy and safe.

A typical day
A typical day with us starts with morning potty time in our fenced yard, followed by breakfast and some play or a walk. During the day, pups have free access indoors and outdoors, with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and supervised naps. In the evenings, we go for another walk and have dinner together. We also do daily paw and body wipes to keep them fresh and comfy.

- I’d love to know your pup’s daily routine — how many meals a day, what time they eat, how much, and if they take any supplements. Please let me know if they have allergies (e.g., shrimp, beef, mussels, organ meat, or anything else) since we do give treats. Tell me if they need to avoid stairs — we can carry dogs under 50 lbs safely. It’s also important to confirm their vaccines and flea/tick preventives are up to date. If your dog is sensitive to pest control products, please share with us in advance — we use pet-friendly treatments regularly at home. As part of their stay, we also provide daily paw and body wipes to keep them clean and comfortable. Please let us know if your pup dont need a wipe down.
