“We couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care Joyce and Patrick gave our pups. Joyce was very reliable and communicative with us even before meeting us. She gave us regular updates, and pictures, we could definitely tell our dogs had a great time at their place. It was insanely hot while we were away, and Joyce made sure our dogs mostly stayed inside, safe and cool. They always took them for a early morning walk (before it gets too hot) and kept them comfortable from the heat. Plus, their house was really nice and clean, the backyard was just perfect for the dogs! Joyce and Patrick went above and beyond to care for our dogs. We will definitely be asking her to watch them again in the future. 🩷”

“So nervous to board my dog overnight for the first time. Shelby and Scott were very welcoming and even set up a meet and greet before the overnight. I got to meet their beautiful labs and was excited that spike would have them to play with. While I was away, I was updated with texts, videos, and photos which put me at ease. They even let my spike sleep in bed with them at night after I had told them that’s what he does at home with me. Super grateful! Really appreciate them and hope to see them again.”

“Jane took great care of Karambit while I was away. He gets a little down and doesn’t always eat when he’s boarded, but she and her husband gave him plenty of extra attention. It was clear he was well cared for”

“Zeus is well taken care of. I trust that he is in great hands with Neicie and her family. I appreciate the updates and communication, helps me know he is having a great time with his friends. Thank you!”

“Michelle is amazing! She met up with me before so I could see where Kona would be staying. Kona fell in love right away. While in my trip, Michelle sent pictures of Kona during play time. She looked so happy. When I picked Kona up she was so happy and excited and perfect. She played so hard she slept the entire night and back to our routine bright and early. I would recommend Michelle and we will definitely use her services again. Thank you so much Michelle.”

“Connie was so wonderful! I had to go out of town last minute and she thankfully was available. Luna took to her right away, she typically is a little more hesitant but she was super excited when she met Connie. I think that says a lot about who Connie is and I really felt like she looked after her the way my boyfriend and I do and that gave us so much peace of mind. She also kept us updated with pictures the whole time and that was also very reassuring so I’m super grateful for this experience, definitely 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Connie!!”

“Oi was so flexible, adaptable and went above and beyond to give Theo a bath and trimmed his nails. I’m so happy she was able to spend time with him, and he seems clean and relaxed. She definitely cared for him very well and knew to feed him an unreasonable number of times since he is a growing kitten. She is very nice and good to work with. I will definitely book again.”

“Olive was very well taken care of and happy. I received pictures daily with notes on how she was doing. I was worried about leaving her with strangers for five days but she had so much fun and was so happy I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! A good sign that I will be using Kitti in the future for daycare and long stays. I’m extremely satisfied! Would give 10 stars!”

“Rhonda was great! We planned a trip and was looking for a sitter, we found Rhonda and she setup a meet & greet and our husky Storm felt very comfortable and was happy to play at her place. Meet and greet was great. During our trip Rhonda send us pictures and updates on our Storm. Made me feel happy that our Storm was having her own vacation. I was nervous that Storm was going to be sad of missing us because this was her first time boarding at a new location. But she was so busy having fun and playing. Made me feel relax and great that Rhonda was taking care of our Storm. Thank you so much Rhonda!!”

“Our Morrissey was well taken care of and I loved getting updates, including pictures and videos during his stay. My booking was very last minute, but they were so understanding and I am glad they were able to take him in on such short notice. He got plenty of outdoor play which I really appreciated. Thank you for excellent care.”

“I left my cat with Eileen for about 4 nights and 5 days and I’m so beyond pleased with how well she cared for my cat! I was super anxious as it was my first time and she was so reassuring everything would be fine and she would take great care of him. Her energy was very calming and relaxed which allowed me to feel very calm and relaxed and my cat as well. She updated me constantly throughout the day, took pictures, and my cat was very happy and relaxed in her presence. I will definitely be booking with Eileen again in the future! TYSM!!!”

“We've been bringing Peanut and Ino to our dog sitter for a while now, and I can honestly say she is one of the most attentive and caring people we've ever trusted with our fur babies. From day one, she took the time to learn each of their personalities, quirks, and individual needs — and that level of care has never wavered. What really sets her apart is how genuinely connected she gets with every dog in her care. Both Peanut and Ino absolutely love her, and the excitement they show every time she comes to pick them up. She gives each pup individual attention and makes sure they both feel safe, loved, and right at home. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dogs like family, look no further. We wouldn't trust Peanut and Ino with anyone else. Highly recommend!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Charter Oak
Lucy was so well cared for! She got to do so much with Jahni! She was exercised every day, she went for rides; all the things she loves and more! I looked forward every day to see what wonderful pictures and videos I would get. I didn’t worry at all about whether Lucy was doing well because I could see that she was! Jahni is so good with her!

Sharlyn was terrific! A very positive attitude! We felt very comfortable leaving our Huskies (85 lbs & 64 lbs) with her. Her yard was spacious and gave our furries a ton of roof to roam and jet around. Sharlyn had a dedicated doggie room with a dog door offering ‘in & out privileges’. All in all, a great choice! Thank you, Sharlyn! Sincerely, Ken & Tammy

I cannot recommend Joyce and Patrick enough! I am the owner of a reactive, vocal terrier mix who usually struggles with new environments and strangers. We already began setting the stage for Ori to begin to become familiar with Joyce and Patrick prior to my big trip. However, I was nervous to leave him for a week long international trip, but Joyce and Patrick made the entire process seamless. Joyce sent frequent photo updates of Ori sunbathing in their backyard splooting on their floor and loafing on the couch, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. They truly treated him like their own. If you have a sensitive or high needs dog, Joyce and Patrick are the absolute best choice. Joyce will absolutely become my go-to whenever I need my pup to have safe place to stay!

We were away in Taiwan for over two weeks, and our 19-year-old Shiro stayed with Kitti & Timmy. During that time, she experienced constipation followed by diarrhea after taking medication. They cared for her with so much patience, attentiveness, and love—truly like family. They kept us regularly updated and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. Caring for a senior dog is not easy, but they truly went above and beyond. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional care and would not hesitate to recommend Kitti & Timmy to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and truly outstanding pet sitters.

Xinyan (Moyo) was an amazing caretaker to our dog Basil. We’ve never had anyone other than family watch Basil, but her suggestion to meet at a dog park before was so thoughtful. She asked great questions, which assured us that she knows how to take care of dogs. She watched him for 6 days, made sure he got his walks, even in rain, and sent us photo and video updates. Basil was well taken care of and we highly recommend her! We will definitely continue to ask Moyo to watch Basil.

Gioconda was absolutely the best!! I’m so happy I found her. From the very beginning, I felt like she was caring for Beau exactly the way I would, with so much love, attention, and genuine care. It was especially comforting that she speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier. She kept in consistent contact and always made me feel at ease. I would trust my boooy with her anytime without hesitation. Thank you so much, Gioconda!

Pinot has the best time with Jenna and Pablo! They take such good care of her and I feel I can really enjoy my time when away without worry. Jenna is great with daily updates and very responsive with any questions or concerns. They took Pinot on some adventures during her last stay and she was thoroughly pooped and happy when I picked her up! :)
