These folks are phenomenal!!! And my family and I mean that from the bottoms of our hearts. Not only were they kind enough to work Lola and Mollie in to their schedule but they ended up going above and beyond to work with Lola’s anxiety. I thought the reviews I read about them might have been a bit overstated but I was wrong, Kitti and company really are that good.

We cannot recommend Kitti and his wife Timmy enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, responsive, flexible, and accommodating, including taking the time to do a meet-and-greet with us before booking. Our rescue dog, Marty, has separation anxiety and can be very timid around new people, especially men, due to past mistreatment before we adopted him. Kitti approached Marty with so much patience, gentleness, and warmth. He never forced interaction and instead allowed Marty to warm up at his own pace, which made such a huge difference. Marty took to him surprisingly quickly, and we could immediately tell he felt safe and comfortable there. Timmy was also so warm, calm, welcoming and very sweet. Throughout both stays, they kept us updated with photos and messages, followed Marty’s routine carefully, and stayed on top of his medication schedule, which gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out to us is how genuinely comfortable and relaxed Marty was with them. When we picked him up, he was calm and happy, not anxious or stressed at all. By his second stay, he literally jumped out of the car and walked straight over to Kitti the moment he saw him, which says everything. We’ve booked with them twice now and are beyond happy with our experience. They are by far the best sitters we’ve had for our boy, and we absolutely plan to continue booking with them. We’re so grateful to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy sitters for their pets.

We were away in Taiwan for over two weeks, and our 19-year-old Shiro stayed with Kitti & Timmy. During that time, she experienced constipation followed by diarrhea after taking medication. They cared for her with so much patience, attentiveness, and love—truly like family. They kept us regularly updated and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. Caring for a senior dog is not easy, but they truly went above and beyond. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional care and would not hesitate to recommend Kitti & Timmy to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and truly outstanding pet sitters.
