About: Hello! My name is Nick, I originally come from Colorado—the land of dog lovers. I’ve owned pets my whole life, including a golden retriever, two Yorkies, two American Bulldogs, and a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. My experience and skills are mostly with small-to-mid-sized breeds, but I do love taking care of big dogs too (bonus points if you have a poodle mix!) I am able to fit pet care into my daily life very easily. The type of work I do outside of this makes it incredibly easy for me to be on the move and take time out of my day to give your pet the attention they need. When I take care of people’s pets, I generally like to have a first meeting with the clients and their pets to make sure they are comfortable around me and confirm all details about taking care of their pets. Depending on what a client needs, I can either stay with the pet for most of or all of the days, or I can just pop in to visit, feed, and walk them and leave. Whatever works best, I’m here for you and I know you know your pet best, so whatever they need is what I will provide!

About: I have experience house sitting for a family with a large husky, where I stay for several weeks at a time each year. I handle everything from feeding and walks to making sure their dog stays on a familiar routine and gets plenty of attention and care. I’ve also had dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for them. I’m attentive, patient, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m also very respectful of the homes I stay in. I keep things clean and organized during my stay, and I’m happy to go the extra step by doing a deeper clean before you return—so you can come home to both a happy pet and a fresh, tidy house. I do work part-time at In-N-Out, so there may be some days where I’m away for up to 6 hours at a time. I always make sure pets are well taken care of before I leave and as soon as I return, and I plan my schedule around their needs as much as possible. I’m happy to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins as often as you’d like so you can feel completely comfortable while you’re away. I am currently going to school online and am employed at In-N-Out burger. While I get around 5 days a week there I have no other obligations that would get in the way of watching you sweet pets! I will always do my best to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable. I will also make sure to keep their and your space clean and tidy.

About: I am very loving to every animal. i am a lover and get attached very fast. I will take care of yours like my own. I currently work from home, I am available all throughout the day and night to care for all the animals that come into my home. I am available for strict schedule or even schedules that aren't really schedules. I can do it all. However or whatever you need i will do. i know pets are your kids and i am willing to make any adjustments needed to work with you

About: I've cared for dogs and cats for many years and understand how important it is to have someone dependable looking after them. I'm comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, medication, senior pets and pets with special needs. I have experience caring for a blind and hard-of-hearing dog, and I recently completed a weeklong cat and house-sitting stay. I'm attentive to routines and instructions and want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. I'm retired, which gives me the flexibility to spend plenty of time with your pets and keep their routine consistent while you're away. I follow feeding, walks, playtime, medications, litter or potty routine, and any special instructions carefully. I'm dependable, respectful of your home, and happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pets are comfortable and well cared for. Your pet's safety and comfort are my priority. I follow your instructions closely, including feeding, medications, walks, doors and gates, and any special routines or restrictions. I'm careful when entering and leaving the home and will never let a pet outside unsecured. I also respect your home and keep things clean and secure while you're away. Because I'm retired, I have the flexibility to give your pets plenty of attention and not rush their care.

About: When I adopted my high energy/high drive rescue dog, I researched many activities and games to play with her to draw out that puppy energy. It provided her with plenty of mental and physical enrichment. I know we love playing with our pets but sometimes we're not always available, so that's when I can step in to offer assistance. Before I had a dog of my own, I used to dog-sit for my cousins and friends whenever they went out of town. In college, I once lived with my roommate's 4 dogs and in the year prior, I helped care for a different roommate's puppy. I'm available Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday for drop in visits and dog walking. I'm flexible with my visit and dog walking hours, so I'm open for discussion and would love to coordinate what will work with you! I respect the client's home as to follow any house rules (example: no shoes inside the house, or no pets on furniture, etc). I make sure the pet's harness, leash, collar, etc is properly put on and secured before leaving to go out. I observe the area outside the property before letting pets out, then continue to supervise pets throughout the time we're outside. I keep the client's property clean and lock up before leaving the premises. I respect the pet's diet and special needs, if any. I provide access to water when playing, and allow the pet the opportunity for a final potty break after playing so they can later settle down comfortably. If dog toys or other play equipment was used, I return it where found or tidy up the space a little bit.

About: I’ve had dogs of all sizes my whole life. My most recent girl, Carlie, was a 60lb Pittie/Husky mix and she loved running on the beach or going on long hikes! She unfortunately passed October of 2025 at the age of 16. The vet said he had never seen such a well taken care of senior. I’ve also pet-sat for many people over the years, including my sister’s two 100lb big babies who are wild with energy! I can handle the big dogs, but I also have a place in my heart for the little ones too! You could also say that I’m a bit of a crazy cat lady. I’m ready to walk, feed, treat, or even bathe if you need. I’m currently unemployed, so I’m all yours! My days look like coffee and snuggles with my cat Otis in the morning, a quick workout, a trip to the grocery store, and making a nice dinner for my roommate and I. I have one cat, and my roommate also has one cat and two small friendly dogs. We have a small fenced grass backyard for all animals to run and play.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of various kinds, sizes, and ages, whether they were my own or a family/friend’s. I love to make them feel safe and loved! I am a student and I work part-time, so I have lots of extra down time throughout the week, particularly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends. I care for pets in the home by ensuring they have all the necessities they need on a scheduled basis, as well as by making sure they are also given loads of attention and care.

About: I have loved animals all my life. Before moving to the United States, I owned a pet store for over 20 years, so I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I know every pet is different. Some feel comfortable right away, while others need a little more time and patience. I always do my best to help them settle in and feel at home. I will follow your instructions for feeding, medication, potty breaks, and their normal daily routine. When your pet stays with me, I will treat them with the same love and care I give my own pets. I also have experience with bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and basic grooming if needed. I will follow all instructions provided by you (owner), such as food, medication, potty time. I will be home most of the time however I have to drive my children to school to work or some different places sometimes. I have safety gate in our house, which prevents them run away. I have a gate with lock at out backyard and it’s close most of the time. We will lock our doors every night and when I leave the house.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and have loved caring for them for as long as I can remember. I recently graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Animal Science, specializing in Captive and Companion Animals, and I’m excited to bring my experience and love for animals to Rover. I’ve also had hands-on experience caring for animals at various exotic animal sanctuaries and wildlife facilities, where I’ve helped with feeding, cleaning, enrichment, handling, and general animal care. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets with someone else, so I treat every animal like they’re my own! My goal is for your pets to feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I am currently studying part-time, so will be available after 3pm Tuesdays- Fridays! I can be available Saturdays and Sundays as well upon request! I am totally comfortable adhering to any in-home standards you have in place for your pets. This includes crating, strict feeding procedures, and specific behavioral need.

With my son now in high school, I’ve found myself with more free time and love filling it by spending time with animals. Whether it's a midday walk, a drop-in visit. About: I grew up with two beautiful golden retrievers and have much love for dogs and experience taking care of them. I regularly groomed (bathing, teeth brushing, nail trimming), walked, and trained them for several years before heading off to college. After graduating, I regularly pet sit for many of my friends if they’re going out of town. I’m currently in between jobs so I can fully dedicate my days to taking care of pets, which is very healing for me since being around a pet just makes me happy in general. I currently live in an apartment and have full availability to take the dog out for walks regularly. I am going to be home full time, so it’s also easy for me to be extra attentive to pets if I see that they want to play or need their water bowl refilled and anything else in between!
