Cal Poly student in Pre-Vet!
I am a veterinary clinic assistant part of a company called Vip.PetCare. As I’m a former employee at an animal hospital located in San Dimas as a veterinary assistant. So with this experience I am very familiar and equipped to handle your pets with love and care they need. Also, I have taken care of cats, dogs, hamsters/guinea pigs, bunnies/rabbits, fish, frogs, lizards and livestock. I have pets of my own and have taken care of family friends pets, both cats and dog. I love animals and want to treat your animals with care and love.

When I have taken care of other pets, I have kept them inside the house with me and played with them with their toys. When I take them out to potty, I have a fence all around my backyard, or I put a leash on them and take them in the front to potty, and for me to walk them a bit. I’m always very attentive to our little furry friends and love to cuddle with them if they trust me and let me. Even if they are scared, i try to make them feel very welcomed, as I know them being left with someone can be stressful.

Unfortunately my husband and I were disappointed to come home to our house smelling like pee. There were several pee spots on our area rug, in front of the the door on the mat, including the back door as well. None of which were cleaned up. We found throw up in our dogs crate where he sleeps at night which had not been picked up. Our dog smelled like pee, probably because he slept in a mess in his crate. On top of the pee throughout the house, our bed had a huge pee spot on it as well. I spent most of the evening we got home cleaning up the mess and giving our dog a bath. I understand if there was one or two piece spots, but this was consistent throughout the house and where he sleeps which to me means that he wasn’t let outside enough. He is potty training, so I completely understand him peeing in the house, but that was made very clear from the beginning that he needed to be let out from time to time and if you were to be gone during the day to make sure to look for pee upon arrival back. Written and verbal instructions were provided as well. My husband and I are gone throughout the day every day at work and we have never come home to a mess like this. I’m sure our dog was loved on, but the mess we came home to makes me second guess that.
Pleased with Viviana’s services. Very responsive and communicative which I appreciated. My two dogs are very stand offish with strangers and she kept them safe during our time away which was my main concern. Home was respected and left as we left it.
She did wonderful with our shy little kitty - we are so grateful to her - highly recommended her - thank you so much!

Viviana was amazing with our puppy, Ollie! It’s clear that she has a true love for animals and is committed to providing excellent care. She’s also knowledgeable and gave us great feedback on what to expect during this stage (it’s our first time raising a puppy). I would have her watch Ollie again soon, and I would recommend Viviana to others in a heartbeat!
Highly recommended and trustworthy sitter. She goes above and beyond to take care of my cat.

Schedule
I am currently going to school for Animal Science to be a Veterinarian from Cal Poly Pomona, working with animals on campus. I take care of my own little furry friends, my cat, Oreo, and my 2 dogs, Bella and Jasper, feeding and taking them outside when needed, since Bella is now our little widow, and Jasper is our new pup. I can accommodate to whatever fits you and your pets needs, you and them are my priority.
