My Wini has been thoroughly cared for when at Monica’s place for a week. Monica provides daily updates via photos and also looks out for anything odd and will let you know. This was the 2nd time this month I’ve booked with Qiting and both times were last minute. Originally I had booked both trips for 3 nights and extended an extra day with no problems at all. Wan's care for our two dogs was excellent! Kono is a senior dog on pain medication and Chewie is on medication for anxiety. I received daily photos and updates on how they were doing. Krystal is great. I was a little hesitant at first, because she only had a few reviews, but turned out that to be a much better sitter than my previous rover experience with someone with many more reviews. When I was greeted by her, she was already very enthusiastic to meet Buddy, who in return just ran towards her happily. Being a dog with needs, Buddy had specific requirements I had, and Krystal kept me up to date with everything she did which included multiple trips outside, walks, and ensuring he was getting all the food necessary. Without asking, she also provided pictures throughout the day to show my dog was doing fine. Even if it was for one day, I felt safe with Krystal handling my dog and she went above and beyond to make sure I knew how he was doing.
Kylie is the best sitter to our dog and we consider her to be our go-to sitter from now on! She treats our dog as her own, and goes above and beyond in taking care of her. From daily walks, plenty of cuddles, and even taking the time to give our dog a bath and medication - there's only positive things we can say about her. She even asked for permission to bring our dog on a mini roadtrip to the mountains to escape from the holiday fireworks from the city. We had such a great experience! We left our two dogs with her overnight on the 4th of July, and she took amazing care of them. With all the fireworks, I was really worried they would be anxious, but she made them feel so safe and comfortable. They seemed so calm with her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She took them on lots of walks, made sure they had plenty of potty breaks, and kept us updated throughout their stay with tons of photos and messages. It was so nice knowing how they were doing while we were away. We would definitely book with her again, especially for holidays like the 4th of July. We left our dog Zazzi with Rey and his family for 3 weeks while we were overseas. Our hearts were soothed by the way he cared for our girl. She licked her paw raw, and he was quick to notify us and went to the vet to retrieve meds and an ecollar and she healed nicely. He gave photos and videos that showed how happy she was in his care.
