He was a little shy at first, but he seemed to warm up to them fairly quickly and was happily playing his little kitty heart out before too long. I got lots of pictures and updates throughout Mugen’s stay; which I enjoyed. He must have really felt safe and comfortable with Angela and her mom because he made sure to get some extra goodbye pets and even seemed a little reluctant to leave. The only down side was that Angela’s cat, Momo, and Mugen didn’t warm up to each other enough to play together like I hoped they would. But maybe next time.”

My dog has pretty severe separation anxiety, but even after Steven and Kim-Anh learned about it, they were very understanding and happy to take care of Mahur. My roommate is also around the home, so there will always be someone nearby. We live in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood with a fully fenced yard, walking trails, and parks close by. When we’re winding down, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book and dogs are free to cuddle up, as they please.
About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I have been apart of the Rover community for around 5 years now. I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and cats. I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your pet. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs. I will dedicate my time to loving them. You will be updated with pictures and videos of your pet while in my care. You can always book with me outside of Rover to avoid extra fees. Message me for details and we can arrange! I currently am a full time pet sitter, walker, and boarder. I care for cats, dogs, and birds. Whenever you need me, I will be there to provide optimal service to your needs For dogs, I have a backyard that is fully closed and high enough so your dog won’t jump out. Your pet will be indoors to be safe away from coyotes and hawks. For cats, I will feed your pet on time and clean food and litter area and other areas as needed. I will play with your fur baby and give them lots of care and attention!

Juju was also clean and smelling good when we picked her up. I recommend her and we will book with her again if the need arises in the future. “Mel was wonderful with my pup Marshmallow this past weekend. Mel was very communicative before and during her stay! We met at a nearby park for our dogs to meet, then Mel showed me around his yard/home during our Meet & Greet. His yard was spacious enough for running around and was entirely enclosed - I had no worries of my dog accidently getting out or feeling confined. When I dropped Marshmallow off he had his dog and another dog staying separated out in the house so that they could all be introduced slowly and not get too hyper right off the bat. This allowed my pup to have a few moments of sniffing around and feel safe as I was leaving. I received multiple photos throughout the day about how she was doing and it made me feel very at ease. Mel was amazing and brought her and her stuff out to help me load back up into the car when I picked her up as well! I would highly recommend Mel if you are in the area!”
