“We had such a great experience with Yuanyuan caring for our dogs, Carti and Margiela! She was very attentive and kept us updated throughout their stay. One thing that really stood out to me was that when she noticed Carti and Margiela were breathing more heavily than usual, she immediately reached out to check with us. Since they’re American Bullies and tend to overheat easily, I really appreciated her being so observant and proactive. I also let her know that they’re used to having the AC on throughout the day. She was already turning it on in the mornings, and when I asked if she could leave it on overnight as well, she was more than happy to do so—and even told me not to worry about paying anything extra. That really meant a lot to us because it showed how much she genuinely cared about their comfort and well-being. She was very communicative, caring, and accommodating, and I felt comfortable knowing Carti and Margiela were in good hands. We would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again! ❤️🐾”

At first my wife and I weren't sure about leaving Archie with someone other than another family member, but Archie was well taken care of and we were very happy with the experience. Julie and Justin sent plenty of pictures and videos of Archie and i quickly noticed that Archie was fine and having fun. We were on vacation and it was as though Archie was on vacation too. There was plenty of room indoors and plenty of room outdoors for Archie to play. We are thankful for Julie and Justin being patient and loving to our doggy Archie. Jaliyah was able to watch our 3 pets on very short notice. She was very kind and communicative. When we came to pick up our pets they all seemed happy and relaxed. Our dog had a few pee accidents but Jaliyah was completely understanding of it. Jaliyah also had all of our stuff gathered and ready to go when we came to pick them up which I appreciate. She did send a few pics and updates… only feedback I have is she could have sent a few more and let us know how they were doing more frequently. I really didn’t mind though because we were at disneyland. I would definitely recommend her to watch your pets!!
I thoroughly enjoyed leaving Mylo with Julie and Justin! They took excellent care of my dog and sent me so many pictures of his day to day interactions and updates. Their backyard is spacious and their dogs are excellent friends for my dogs! Very playful and loving. I also appreciate the flexibility of drop off and pick up times when my plans change. Will be back!
My dog, Dulce, is afraid of everything, but I am trying to socialize her more to build her confidence. Morgan and Paige were more than understanding and Dulce seemed to settle in gradually. Upon pickup, she didn’t seem to be in any hurry to leave and once back home, she fell back into our routine. Thank you Ingram Family!
Olivia was super communicative and sent pictures and videos of my dog throughout the 2 day stay which was much appreciated. My dog came back home tuckered out and immediately took a nap so I know she had a great time. Planning to use Olivia as my go-to sitter next time I’m out of town!
Josh and his wife are amazing! They are super sweet, communicative, and thoughtful. I love that they took the time to show us their home so we can help introduce our pugs to the new environment, as well as ask us questions about our fur babies to ensure they were comfortable. One of our pugs is a blind senior with arthritis and a somewhat complicated meal plan, which can understandably make new sitters nervous, but thankfully they took it all stride and assured us they could handle her. And oh goodness, our pugs had a great time! We received so many pictures with updates I was getting worried the puggos wouldn’t want to come back home with us. Thank you for everything! We cannot wait to use your services again.
We have been boarding our pups with Lindsey for 3 years now. She is trustworthy, reliable, and flexible. Our pups love staying with her and we know they are safe and well cared for during their stay. This past booking, I didn’t pack enough dog food for their entire stay. Lindsey immediately let me know and went above and beyond to run to petco to find more. We are so thankful to have Lindsey care for our pups!

Huayu and her family were wonderful sitting for Jiu Jiu, Dumpling and Chef Crouton. I received photos and videos, and they made sure to keep them active in their very large backyard playing fetch, and even the soccer ball. In all the photos they looked so happy and comfortable. Huayu was also very accommodating to my schedule.
