About: Hi there! ☺️ I was raised with cats, dogs, and birds most of my childhood. When I got into adulthood, I rescued a female Seal-point Siamese kitten. A couple years later, I rescued a male orange Tabby kitten. I raised and trained those two together. A few years later, I rescued a 4 year old Bichon Poodle mix, who ended up becoming my soul dog. After 10 amazing years and numerous vet visits for various illnesses and eventually cancer (we did doggy chemo), she crossed the rainbow bridge. 💔 I now have a rescued 2 year old Schnauzer Poodle mix and my heart is full again. ❤️ All of this is to say that I have varied experience with different breeds of pets of all ages and all seasons of life. Everyone who knows me knows that if you have a pet at home and I come over, I will attempt to befriend them or admire them from afar, whichever they prefer! 😊 I’m a teacher who is currently on summer break and I have a small side business revamping vintage furniture, so my availability is very open! My focus would mainly be on caring for pets in clients’ homes. I care for the pets is by giving them a lot of love and attention, lots of pets, playtime, and really whatever your specific pet needs. I would also ask the pet parents what their preferences/expectations are for how to best take care of their pet during the sit.
“5 stars!!! Maggie did a great job with my 3 cats, I have a very shy one, but even she was comfortable with Maggie since day one. I will definitely keep working with her, she is very responsible and great with communication and definitely great at her job!”

“As usual Megan was always punctual, went the extra step to take care of my 3 pets. One was new and others still adjusting to the new addition. She was very helpful in this transition. Thank you!”
About: I absolutely love caring for animals and have hands-on experience with a variety of pets. I’ve house-sat for a family with one dog and three cats for a week, making sure everyone was fed, happy, and well cared for. I’ve also fostered baby kittens three separate times, including bottle-feeding, socializing, playing, and keeping their space clean. I also had 2 pet chickens, feeding them, playing with them, and cleaning their coop. Also, I regularly care for my neighbors’ two cats a few times a year for about a week at a time. I also care for my own two rabbits, who I’ve had for three years. I love giving all pets the attention, love, and care they deserve. I’m available Monday through Friday after 4 PM, all day Saturday, and after 1 PM on Sunday. I can stay/walk with your pets however long you need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the routine and rules you already have in place to help your pet feel comfortable and safe. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, and stay in a clean environment. I am careful about doors, gates, and anything that could be a safety risk, and I always double-check that your pet is secure before leaving. If I am caring for pets in my own home, I provide a clean, calm, and safe space where they can relax. I’m attentive to their body language and needs, and I make sure they get the right balance of play, rest, and supervision. I treat every pet with patience, kindness, and the same care I give my own animals.
“Danyella was simply amazing! She took extra special care of our baby girl pup. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing our doggy was in good hands and being loved. Danyella was great at communicating and keeping us updated Very responsible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We will definitely use her again.”

About: From hamsters to horses, I am the go-to pet sitter for friends and family! There's nothing I love more than loving on all critters! I am comfortable working with animals of all ages and temperaments and have extensive experience doing so! I can administer a wide range of medication and have the ability to quickly pick up on signs of a heath concerns/illness in cats, dogs, small animals, and horses, meaning your little babies will be safe and sound in my care! I am in school full-time earning an extensive supports special education teaching credential and mostly have classes online and I have finished my student teaching for this semester which leaves my schedule quite flexible! My only set-in-stone obligation is volunteering 4pm-7pm at a local cat rescue :) Your pets miss you when you're gone, so I believe providing them the same routine and level of love and care that you do regularly as their pet parent is the least that I can do to make them as comfortable as possible! I follow schedules and care instructions to a tee and make sure to provide them with anything that they may need!
“Amber was amazing in looking after our cat Josephine! She clearly cares about Josephine and was sure to follow the instructions we left. Jo took to her quickly and was well cared for. We will definitely work with Amber again.”
“Mila is a wonderful, caring and kind person. Luna loves her! Our first schedule with Mila was an hour drop-in while we were out for an evening. She was prompt, followed our instructions, took her ou for a potty break, give her snacks and also spent some quiet time with Luna. Definitely will schedule again with Mila”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats around at all times. From a four dog and one cat household, down now to just me and my one cat, I’ve got experience with slow households and chaotic ones. I’ve got experience with feeding, bathing, and walking dogs. I’ve also pet sit for friends and family, from high energy small Russel’s, to larger Chow Chow’s. I’ve also got minor medical and senior care experience. My families old yellow Labrador required insulin in his later years, so I have experience in monitoring energy, as well as checking blood sugar and injecting insulin. Further, prior to moving out from my parents, I spent the last 2 years assisting in the care of our senior dog who now requires doggy diapers. Rest assured, if your pup has an accident, or the sweet baby has any sort of bladder issues, I’m more than equipped to care for your puppy and clean up after. Having recently moved to a pet limited apartment, I no longer live with dogs, nor am able to at this time. If your babies need a walk, or just a pop in to play and eat, I’d love to be your gal. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ve got loads of time to dedicate to your pets. Unfortunately my complex rules won’t let me board, but I’m more than willing to make the drive out to you for drop in visits or long walks. I’ve got plenty of time to sit with shy kitties who might need extra care to feel comfortable, or high energy pups who need miles to go to feel good. My sweet kitty Hera has places to climb, windows to sunbathe, and a cat wheel to really burn her energy. She doesn’t go outside, so ready assured cat parents I know to watch those doors and windows to keep them from taking a frightening adventure. In general though, the more details you give me the better! If your fur baby needs special attention to their food for them to approve, or they only like going one direction on a walk, just let me know! If they have outdoor access, favorite hidey holes, or any special care instructions, I’m here for you and your babies.

“Anne was great. Picked up the routine of my house and pets with ease. Very accommodating. She documented everything so well and was very responsive. And of paramount importance she was trustworthy. I had a last minute trip pop up and my usual sitters were not available, so the Rover option was ideal. This was my very first experience with Rover.com and Anne and Rover’s guarantee and screening policies made it a relaxed enjoyable interchange. Would definitely use her again.”

“Naylea took great care of our girl, Sadie! She had rapport with her right away and seeing Sadie trust her put us at ease. She administered her insulin and sent us pics along the way to assure us of her care. We recommend her and hope to have her return.”

“Samantha has been checking on Miss Spooky for a month now and everything has been wonderful! I travel quite often and she has been able to stop by every time I’ve requested! I highly recommend Samantha!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since day one! I grew up with all kinds of pups—from tiny Yorkies to gentle Great Danes—so I’m comfortable with all sizes and personalities. As a certified pet nutrition specialist, I love helping dogs live their healthiest, happiest lives. We enjoy weekly dog park visits, cuddles, and tons of tail-wagging fun! About: While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for pets and homes for over 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, senior pets, medication administration, and multi-pet households. I’m excited to bring that experience to Rover and build lasting relationships with local pet families. (: FUN FACT: I have the same birthday as Caesar Milan, so I’m kinda like a dog whisperer 🤪 I’m a housewife with no pets or children of my own. I do theater every now and then but overall my schedule is wide open and ready to share the love and care necessary for your furry companion. I’m not sure why Rover says I don’t allow animals on the furniture. I don’t mind unless it’s a rule within your home to keep them down (: I will honor all of your wishes with caring for your loved one and treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. Your furry friends will be protected and their comfort is always going to be top priority whether in your home or mine. (:

Mirae is the cat whisperer! My kitties are so shy that they hide from everybody. The minute someone comes to the door they are just streaks diving under the bed. But they let Mirae pet them and even asked for attention. Mirae was faithful to the times I requested and sent pictures so I could see how good the kitties were.doing. I will definitely be using Mirae’s services again!

We went on a trip for a few days and Karyn helped us care for our 5-year old cat, Luna. Karyn is compassionate and loving, who takes great care of Luna. Karyn communicates well and is very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and we would recommend her service to friends.

Akiera was absolutely exceptional. From the start, she was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced with cats. She kept us updated consistently with photos and detailed messages, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Our cat was calm, well cared for, and clearly comfortable in her presence. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. I would confidently recommend Akiera to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and attentive cat sitter. We will definitely be booking her again.

Grace is an excellent, reliable pet-sitter. She followed my directions to a "t"! My 3 Bengals reported that she fed them their favorite food, loved them perfectly, thoroughly cleaned their litter boxes, and ensured that they got their play time! My kitties and I highly recommend Grace to anyone looking for a living, dependable pet-sitter.

Aisha was amazing! It was my first time using this app so I was a bit nervous and I’m so glad I chose her to take care of Nala! She was extremely communicative and made sure Nala was okay and well taken care of. She also sent a lot of pictures and kept me updated which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you again Aisha!!

We can’t thank Marissa enough for the incredible care and compassion she showed for our sweet kitty. During one of her drop-in visits, she noticed something was seriously wrong—our cat was vomiting blood—and without hesitation, she took immediate action. She rushed her to the emergency vet, stayed with her until she could be seen, and kept us updated every step of the way. Her quick thinking, kindness, and dedication quite literally saved our kitty’s life. It’s hard to put into words how much peace of mind it brings to know someone loves and protects your pet as if they were their own. We will forever be grateful to her for going above and beyond in such a scary moment. She is a true hero in our eyes, and we can’t recommend her enough.
