“Naylea took great care of our girl, Sadie! She had rapport with her right away and seeing Sadie trust her put us at ease. She administered her insulin and sent us pics along the way to assure us of her care. We recommend her and hope to have her return.”

“Today’s was Mairas first time doing a drop in it visit with canelo while I was at work and she did great she sent me pics and he seems very happy playing with her , she fed him and even gives her his paw. The first time she walked him canelo seemed to instantly trust and like her and today’s drop in visit just further proves it. We will definitely continue you booking with Maira.”

About: I’ve worked with dogs of all temperaments for over 2 years, growing up in a house with pets including ones with special needs I am able to accommodate and care for pups that need extra attention! I’m a college student, other than classes I am free. I am free on weekdays and weekends at odd hours given my current class schedule! I am familiar with homes of different environments and can quickly adapt to your pets needs! I’ve worked with animals of all different routines. Including crate training.
“Thank you both very much! Chelsea and Richard did a great job! Communication was very easy and they were flexible when we had to adjust our plans. They were very prompt and followed through with all the committed visits and instructions. When we came home the dogs were very happy and the house and yard were nice and clean, the same way we left it. It was especially nice to have all the dog poop picked up before we came home. We would definitely use Chelsea and Richard the next time we go out of town.”

“As usual Megan was always punctual, went the extra step to take care of my 3 pets. One was new and others still adjusting to the new addition. She was very helpful in this transition. Thank you!”
About: With 20 years of pet experience, 7 years of animal shelter work, and countless experiences caring for neighbors’, coworkers’, high school teachers’, friends’, and family’s dogs and cats— I’m more than ready to meet your family pets and give them the best care they could have while you’re away. I am comfortable with administering oral medication upon request, walking dogs for any length of time or distance they’re accustomed to, and I even know how to use your Litter Gennie correctly! Being a lifetime pet owner, I know how stressful it can be to arrange and manage care for your pets while you’re away and how hard it can be on your pets when they miss you. That’s why I’m dedicated to being thorough, patient, understanding, and communicative with every client so that your pet gets everything they need from the comfort of their home and you get the comfort of knowing your pet is in great hands. The only difference they’ll notice is the person who’s there, and it’s important to me to make sure their environment and care are exactly what they need, even when you’re not there to provide it yourself. I do work full-time, but I am available to stay with your pets overnight if needed and I’m happy to stay for a few hours each day if that’s the level of care you prefer. I’m happy to discuss any other potential scheduling questions for daily walking or daily visits upon request! While I am not able to board your pet in my own home, I’m happy to work with you on how best to care for them in your own home. I’ve been relied on by many people over many years to stay overnight in their homes to care for their pets, but your safety and comfort are important to me— so if daily visits are what you prefer or just a schedule walk time, I’m happy to discuss that too!

About: I've own a small dog and have owned a large dog for 6 years so I'm very familiar with them! I am a full time student and just trying to do something I'd love while making a bit of money. I'm an early childhood education major and 23 years old. I'll make sure to follow very special instructions if needed. I had a dog that once had cancer so medications or anything else of the sort won't be an issue for me. I have conversational spanish skills (not fluent but I'm trying haha) and I do have my seal of biliteracy! Pit bulls will never be an issue for me, I basically grew up with only pit bulls. I've loved dogs for as long as I knew what a dog was and I'm very passionate about my work! I look forward to meeting you! I'm currently working part time as a nanny and look to care for your fur babies before and after work or on my days off. I'm familiar with crate training (since I do so with my own dog) and can easily follow your dogs routine to make them as comfortable as possible during their stay with me!
“Ragina was excellent with all of our fur babies! She checked in and sent us pictures at every visit. Our dogs instantly warmed to her and her sweet daughter. I could tell right away they would be in great hands. Ragina and her daughter were both great with my anxious dog too and they knew just how to make her settle down and snuggle up to them. We will definitely be asking her to help us out again in the future! Thank you again Ragina!!”
About: I absolutely love animals and have grown up in a very pet friendly household. Pets are part of the family and should be taken care of like any other family member :) I’m currently working in entertainment at Disneyland as a parade performer! My schedule tends to be pretty open so in my free time I’d love to take care of your pets :) I will give your pets good company or a fun play date. Give them all the love a pet deserves and anything they need for the day.
“My pup and I are so glad we found Esteban! He is punctual, friendly, and has an overall humble and calm presence. My pup warmed up to him quickly and enjoys his drop-in visits for playtime. My pup is dog-reactive, and Esteban is willing to work with him with a goal of eventually taking him out on walks. It’s clear he loves dogs and I can’t say thank you enough. Esteban is such a big help for us and it gives me relief knowing that on days when I’m gone for so long, my dog has someone great spending time with him. I will definitely keep booking with Esteban!”

About: While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for pets and homes for over 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, senior pets, medication administration, and multi-pet households. I’m excited to bring that experience to Rover and build lasting relationships with local pet families. (: FUN FACT: I have the same birthday as Caesar Milan, so I’m kinda like a dog whisperer 🤪 I’m a housewife with no pets or children of my own. I do theater every now and then but overall my schedule is wide open and ready to share the love and care necessary for your furry companion. I’m not sure why Rover says I don’t allow animals on the furniture. I don’t mind unless it’s a rule within your home to keep them down (: I will honor all of your wishes with caring for your loved one and treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. Your furry friends will be protected and their comfort is always going to be top priority whether in your home or mine. (:
“Katie was amazing with our 3 kitties! She and her partner did an outstanding job stopping by twice a day and giving our kitties their food, cleaning their litter and also taking time to play with them. We came home to a happy home and it was very reassuring to have someone to trust our cats with while we’re out of town. We got plenty of updates twice a day with lots of pictures and videos.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Fullerton
Connie did an incredible job checking in on our cats!! She followed our instructions well on how to feed, clean up, and play with our boys which we really appreciated! She provided details on how each visit went and even shared photos and videos with us! She was gentle in every interaction and I know that my cats really enjoyed her company 😻 We truly felt at ease being away because we knew they were in good hands!! If you want someone attentive and reliable for drop-ins, Connie is your person. ☺️

Jennifer took great care of my cat while I was away. She sent updates and photos, which I really appreciated, and it was obvious my cat was in good hands. I came home to a happy cat and everything was just as I left it. I’d definitely book with Jennifer again.

Kristina is so good with our feral, scaredy-cat, girl! Especially over the 4th of July weekend with all of the loud noises and fireworks going off! Kristina is very patient with Scamper, and always sends pictures and a blurb about how she’s doing. I appreciate Kristina’s time and efforts with Scamper. 🫶

We’ve had Armand watch our cats multiple times, and he is truly the best cat sitter we could ask for. Both of our cats absolutely adore him, which gives us so much peace of mind whenever we’re away. Armand is always communicative and sends plenty of pictures and video (exactly what every pet parent wants to see while on vacation!). He also pays special attention to our cat’s medical needs, which reassures us that he’s receiving the care and attention he requires. Thank you, Armand, for always taking such great care of our cats. It’s clear how much they love you, and hearing how excited they get when you arrive says it all!

We had hired Tonia to walk our dog while my in-laws were staying w our kids over a weekend a few weeks ago, and it was a positive experience, so when our regular cat sitter could not accomodate us a couple weeks ago we asked Tonia if she could drop in. She was communicative, reliable, and it seemed like our cat was really comfy with her. Overall just an excellent experience and we’d totally hire again for walks w our dog and for drop ins w our cat. Thank you so much Tonia!

Mirae is the cat whisperer! My kitties are so shy that they hide from everybody. The minute someone comes to the door they are just streaks diving under the bed. But they let Mirae pet them and even asked for attention. Mirae was faithful to the times I requested and sent pictures so I could see how good the kitties were.doing. I will definitely be using Mirae’s services again!

Naylea took such a good care of my cat Sundance, who needs an inhaler twice a day. Naylea put in an effort to learn how to administer the dose and also kept me posted on Sundance s condition. She is detail oriented and noticed an incident when the automatic feeder might not have worked properly on the last day of her visit. I appreciate her photos and communication. It meant a lot to me. Sundance was happy to see her during each visit.

Emilie was incredibly sweet and attentive with my cat. She went above and beyond to help my cat feel comfortable and kept us updated throughout the entire time. We truly appreciated her care and communication. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter, and we will definitely reach out to her again in the future.

Kimi took amazing care of my 18 year old cat with stage 3 CKD while I was away for a week. She visited twice a day and handled everything so patiently and compassionately, including feeding her, giving subcutaneous fluids, cleaning the litter box, giving pills, and helping with the extra challenges of a senior cat who is picky with food and struggles with constipation. She was incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive, and I could tell she truly cared about my cat’s comfort and wellbeing. Because of her, I felt so relieved knowing my cat was in such good hands, and I was actually able to relax and enjoy my trip. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely trust her again. Highly recommend Kimi, especially for pets who need extra patience and care.

Akiera was absolutely exceptional. From the start, she was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced with cats. She kept us updated consistently with photos and detailed messages, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Our cat was calm, well cared for, and clearly comfortable in her presence. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility seriously. I would confidently recommend Akiera to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and attentive cat sitter. We will definitely be booking her again.

We truly can’t recommend our pet sitter enough. They go above and beyond every single time they care for our pet while we’re out of the country. They are incredibly flexible, highly responsive, and always keep us updated, which gives us so much peace of mind. You can genuinely tell they truly care about the animals they look after. We feel extremely lucky to have found someone so reliable and compassionate. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely fantastic job! I was super nervous at first because this is my first car ever and he is very new to the household, but Angelica did a fantastic job with her check in. She gave tons of updates, photos and videos. She cleaned his litter, played with him a bunch and gave him tons of attention while I was gone. Huge recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
