About: While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for pets and homes for over 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, senior pets, medication administration, and multi-pet households. I’m excited to bring that experience to Rover and build lasting relationships with local pet families. (: FUN FACT: I have the same birthday as Caesar Milan, so I’m kinda like a dog whisperer 🤪 I’m a housewife with no pets or children of my own. I do theater every now and then but overall my schedule is wide open and ready to share the love and care necessary for your furry companion. I’m not sure why Rover says I don’t allow animals on the furniture. I don’t mind unless it’s a rule within your home to keep them down (: I will honor all of your wishes with caring for your loved one and treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. Your furry friends will be protected and their comfort is always going to be top priority whether in your home or mine. (:
“Esther was fantastic with our cats! We were away for two weeks and left her in charge of our four cats, each with very specific care instructions. She was incredibly attentive to all our needs and followed every note closely. Her communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout our trip. All of our cats were happy, comfortable, and well-cared for in her hands. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind knowing our pets were safe and content. We highly recommend Esther to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

“If you are looking for the absolute best pet sitters and house sitters, look no further than Chelsea and Rich! We trust them implicitly with our four furry friends (two dogs and two cats) and our home whenever we leave town. Their genuine care and attention to detail provide us with unparalleled peace of mind. Knowing that our pets and home are in such capable and loving hands allows us to fully relax and enjoy our time away. Chelsea and Rich always send great pictures and updates, which keep us connected to our pets and reassure us that they are happy and well-cared for. We always return to a spotless house, and the delicious treats they leave in the fridge are such a thoughtful touch. We cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and Rich—they have become an invaluable part of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. Thank you, Chelsea and Rich, for always going above and beyond!”

“Juan was incredible with my dog, Nova. I was 3,000 miles away and he gave me the peace of mind I needed to enjoy myself on my trip. He was absolutely outstanding with being on time, giving updates often, and letting me know my dog was in good hands. Juan is my go to dog walker for any time I need someone to look after Nova.”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I remember! I have had both large (double my weight as a child) and small dogs, I have fostered two kittens, and have enjoyed the company of several other smaller pets. I am a trustworthy caretaker that is comfortable around all pets, am willing to adapt and learn, and am grateful in advance for the opportunity to connect with your pets. I am also very active and can walk (or jog with) your pets for however long is suitable to their routine. When I come to care for your pet, I will ensure they have my full attention and care. I have my own dog at home (an Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, Maltese, Shih Tzu mix) that keeps my life exciting! I currently work part-time during my gap year, and have lots of free time to spend with your furry friends. I am also flexible and can accept last-minute bookings. I look forward to meeting your pets! I am currently working part-time before going to medical school, so I have lots of free time and am very flexible! Spending time with your animals would be the best pastime for me! I can follow your specific protocols to ensure your dog, your house, and your belongingd are all kept safe, comfortable, and happy! I also always maintain a stream of communication.

“Holly was an amazing dog sitter. She constantly kept me updated on the status of my puppies as I enjoyed the day with my family in Disneyland. My puppies are only four months old, too young to be with other dogs and be outside. Holly watched them in our hotel suite because of that. I live in Northern California and it was nice to have someone who cared for my puppies like I would. I highly recommend hiring Holly and I will definitely retain her services in the future.”

“I was a bit nervous about using Rover for the first time, but Kathryn made the experience great. She stayed at my apartment and took care of both my dog and cat for four nights. My dog can be wary of new people, but Kathryn approached her with such ease and clearly had a lot of experience with animals. She was very responsive, sent lots of photos, and treated my pets with such kindness. Will definitely ask Kathryn to watch my animals again in the future :)”

“Michelle is an amazing sitter! She sent us lots of photos and videos of our pups while we were away which helped us know they were having a great time with her. She’s very attentive to our dogs, was communicative with us, and took great care of our home. We will definitely use her again!”
“We have a very active 60 lb. dog who requires a daily hike. Tina took Hazel out for an hour each day, and when it proved too hot in the afternoon she switched to mornings. She followed all of our requests and Hazel really liked Tina. She (Tina, not Hazel) left the house clean and tidy. We have already made arrangements to hire Tina again. We recommend her wholeheartedly.”

“Jacqueline is a very soft-spoken and kind lady who took care of our Nutella at our home for a little over two days. Our cat was very well cared for and we received multiple daily photos showing her activity, making us feel very comfortable about having left our cat in Jacqueline's care. She also took very good care of the home. We are very happy with the help Jacqueline gave us in caring for our cat when we were away and will easily consider her for the next time we have a similar need !”

“Kaylynn stayed overnight and took wonderful care of my two BIG strong breed dogs- Pitt Bull and Bull terrier. —-she loves animals! Also took great care of my home and cleaned dogs dishes. Highly recommend her.”

About: I've had a love for animals as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Miniature Pinscher and Pit Bull. I currently own a German Shepard so I can handle dogs both small and large and will treat them as my own. From long walks to cuddles I will match your dog's energy and routine! I'm currently a full-time student so I have a very flexible schedule. There is plenty of time for drop-ins, walks, and quality time with your dog throughout the day/week. I am open to anytime during the day. I have a German Shepard who is turning 6 this year! He is very active so I'm used to high-energy dogs. I always want pets to feel safe and stress-free in their own home. When caring for dogs in your home, I will follow their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, and any other special instructions. I'm respectful of both your home and your pets needs and I'll make sure they get plenty of attention and updates while you're away.
“Tiffany did an amazing job staying with our golden retriever this past weekend! From the minute we met her, we knew she would treat our Rocket well. She was very professional - asking all the right questions and taking notes. And Tiffany went out of her way to make sure her schedule worked with ours, Rocket got his walks, meals and plenty of head massages! We had no concerns while we were away - Tiffany kept us updated about their days together and how Rocket was doing, including lots of pics! I highly recommend Tiffany if you are looking for someone to show your fur baby love and attention!”

“Katrina has been so wonderful to us. Ben loves having her company & we love the peace of mind of having her home with him when we're away. As usual, she's very reliable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and we'll continue to use her services.”

“Judit did a wonderful job of taking care of both our pups for 3 weeks. She kept us up to date with how they were doing while we were away.Everything was in good order when we returned .Knowing that she was there with them gave us great peace of mind. Our dogs love her and she’ll be the first one we contact when we need someone to look after them again.”

“Its never easy having to leave a pet home for a trip you can't take the pet on. We recently had to do this to travel across the country and looked for help with taking care of our cat at home, where she is most comfortable. Bianca was absolutely wonderful about taking care of our cat, letting her get acquainted at her own pace. Within a couple of days, our cat was snuggling to Bianca like she'd known her for years ! Bianca stayed over at our place to take care of Nutella and she took great care of the home, ensuring the trash was taken out before she left. She left the place very clean and our cat was a happy camper for the duration. I would definitely request Bianca's help again, should the occasion arise.”

About: I grew up taking care of every kind of animal, thanks Mom:) After 18 years of taking care of my own little dogs, I am now an empty nester and ready to help others out. Having previously had to care for elderly dogs, giving medication to your little baby does not scare me. I currently have a flexible full time job, but can be made available for walks, play time or staying over with your babies while you’re out of town. I currently have no pets, so your specific directions for walks, play time or any type of care will be followed to a T whether it be at my home or yours.
“Ally was a rockstar! So very attentive and loving to our sweet dog! Sent me updates through the day. Such an amazing person and we will definitely use her again for our pet sitting 😊❤️”

“Jennifer was a great fit for our shy little pup! This was our dog’s first time without us at home and Jennifer took great care of her! Jennifer is very respectful of our requests and schedules for our pup and was able to get our dog to come out of her shell while we were gone. Thanks for being a great sitter!”

Dahlia is hands down the best pet sitter we've ever had. She house sat for our two dogs for a week and spoiled them rotten with walks, attention, and cuddles. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, and judging by the pictures, our dogs barely noticed we were gone! She went above and beyond by helping with a few household tasks we forgot about before our trip, and we came home to a spotless house and two very happy dogs. Our younger dog, Lucy, can be a handful at times, but Dahlia handled everything with patience and care. We wouldn't hesitate to book her again. She is officially our go-to sitter.

Vince was great with our dogs . Took them for couple of walks a day, played with. Our bigger boy(62lbs) Pascal doesn’t always like men he doesn’t know but by the pictures of him playing that got along great. He had problems managing our 2 furry babies-60 and 40 lbs. We felt very safe with them in his hands.

Jacqueline is a very soft-spoken and kind lady who took care of our Nutella at our home for a little over two days. Our cat was very well cared for and we received multiple daily photos showing her activity, making us feel very comfortable about having left our cat in Jacqueline's care. She also took very good care of the home. We are very happy with the help Jacqueline gave us in caring for our cat when we were away and will easily consider her for the next time we have a similar need !

Lauren is phenomenal! She did an excellent job with our timid rescue dog. He immediately took to her. She was loving, playful, gentle and communicative. It was a relief to know our sweet boy was being so well loved while we enjoyed some time with the family. I would highly recommend Lauren, without any hesitation.

Marketta has been wonderful! We have had her come over twice and we will definitely use her the next time we go out of town. Our dog Gracie loves her and was so happy to have her here while we were gone. when we got back she was a very happy and a well taken care of doggie.

2nd time we personally choose Vanessa to be out pet sitter/house sitter, our 3 furs was really taken care off by Vanessa, for 9 days they are all in good health and they like vanessa, great care to our furs. We never looked for anyone,Vanessa has all the qualities we need, she left our fur’s clean and the house as well,Vanessa is the person we need for this job,we tipped her it’s because she really deserves it, She knows also to give medication to our pets. Great great job, thank you vanessa, till our next vacation, will see you again.

After I met Jada in a brief meet and greet, I noticed the dogs liked her. They seemed to listen to her. I felt comfortable with that. Then after the 2-day house, dog care days, dogs were well cared for and relaxed; the house was clean. Jada was punctual to our meetings or scheduled appointments. She is personable, articulate and reports recently graduating from college. I highly recommend her to any prospective pet parents.
