About: For as long as I can remember, we have been a household with at least one cat, and at one point had three cats to call our own. I’ve also done shelter work with cats for over 7 years, ranging from socializing semi-feral kittens to routine care for senior cats, including but not limited to administering oral medication (liquid and/or pill form). While my own cat is very sweet and talkative, I’m familiar with cats of all personalities (and have yet to meet any that I didn’t like!). I’m comfortable with all levels of care needs including applying flea medication, litter box care, nail trimming, and much more. Don’t be afraid to ask— I’ve probably done it either at home for my own cats or at the shelter for another, and I’m happy to discuss any special needs your critter might have.

“Kristina had her work cut out for her when she agreed to care for our Scamper kitty! 🐈⬛ Scamper came to us because she was born in our backyard! She was feral and we have been caring for her ever since. As she is feral, and not used to too many people, it took our family a long time to be able to pet her, put her in a carrier to transport her to the vet, and for her to come into our house, so we have never left her in the care of anyone outside our family. Well our boys have grown up and out of the house, so we had a dilemma. But after we met with Kristina, we could see right away she was very caring and professional. She sent pictures and updates each time she visited Scamper. For a few days, Scamper stayed under our bed. On the third day Kristina sent a video of Scamper out in our living room letting Kristina pet and love on her! Made my heart sing! Scamper felt that comfortable with Kristina in such a short amount of time, was unbelievable. We are so very thankful for getting to know Kristina, and her peaceful approach to Scamper! About: We love creatures of all kinds! Dogs, cats, reptiles and more. I work from home full time and just had to put my sweet Arya to rest. My family loves to care for animals and enjoys them in the home. Lots of TLC, big fenced in yard and lots of snuggles. Kids are 16, 10 and 10. I work from home full time as a client support consultant. I also homeschool my three children (ages 16, 10 and 10). I am home all day! There are some sport activities that require a drop off around 3pm, but home most of the day with availability to feed, walk and care for your pets. I would be with your pet most of the day. Doors are secured with a fenced in yard with lots of grass and shade. Food is tucked away and children in the home are older and very familiar with caring for pets and keeping them safe.
