Dhalia was an absolute dream to work with! I was a bit nervous because I had never used a drop in service before but Dhalia’s professionalism and willingness calmed my nerves. I felt safe with her in the AirBnB with all the unexpected dog activity near Biscuit. Biscuit isn’t a cuddler in general and to hear that she felt comfortable enough to hang as such with Dhalia was a testament to how well she was with anxious pets. I LOVED her report card they were so detailed and all the pictures and videos of her wiggly little butt were soooo awesome. If I am ever in the area again with Biscuit I will 💯 will be using her again!
Maiah was an amazing pet sitter for our cat, Socks. She is reliable, answers messages quickly, and is so kind! Socks is standoffish but even she warmed up yo Maiah on the first day. Very happy with Tonia's care of my somewhat cantankerous orange tabby. Drop in photos were provided daily with some of the best pics ever! Communication about visits was timely and very thorough. I really appreciate the details she provided about how my cat behaved during each visit. Tonia is patient and calm and developed a rapport with my pet at his own pace. I returned home to a very calm cat with no drama or isolating behaviors. This tells me he trusted Tonia and liked her care for him.
