1. Ashley G.

“How do I start? Ashley is very attentive to all of my directions. I did not have internet but I did see she checked in each day. What a relief knowing Callie was taken care of. She washed up her food and water bowls. Her litter box was immaculate. I’ve had a lot of pet sitters in the past and not one could even come close to how well Ashley took care of my cat Callie. I was so lucky to find her.”

2. Jillian R.

“Jillian was wonderful and easy to work with! Our oldest cat has diabetes and needs insulin twice daily, she followed our instructions and helped make our trip away from home worry free. We know our cats were in good hands and would 100 percent rebook her again for any of our drop in needs. Thank you Jillian!”

3. Esther L.

“It’s my first time having Esther do a 60-minute drop-in visit of my senior German Shepherd Dog. Prior to the drop-in visit, Esther came to my place for a meet-and-greet. I told her about the health issues my dog has so Esther knows what she needed to do when she came for the visit. I’m very glad that Esther showed up on time and kept me well informed about how my dog was doing. She took time to let my dog be familiar and comfort with her. She helped my dog getting up, taking her out for bathroom and cleaned her up afterward. She made sure my dog had plenty of water before her visit was done. I will definitely have Esther take care of my dog again.”

4. Kianna & Justin C.
About: Hi, I'm Kianna! I grew up in a multi-dog household and always loved interacting with dogs of friends/family. I currently have a 3 year old Australian Shepherd named Lando and he is the first dog I've owned as an adult. Lando is a dog that struggles with anxiety, reactivity, and sensitivity that we are working through each day. Owning Lando and learning about how to help him work through these challenges has led me to become as educated as possible on dog psychology, dog behavior, and dog handling skills. When I'm not in the office at my full-time job, I'm usually spending time with my partner, working with Lando, or learning more about dog behavior through trainer membership pages, group classes, videos, and dog training podcasts. The top three trainers that I have been learning from are Jessica Graham (Honey Dog Training), Samantha Johnson (Pack Life LA), and Millie Braden (Mirror Image K9). Lando & I attended our first dog training workshop in October 2024 with Cheri Wulff Lucas. In this workshop, I was able to work with Lando and learn from watching 9 other cases. Working through challenges with Lando and learning more from these trainers has given me the confidence and passion to help dogs be able to feel safe & fulfilled in our fast-paced world. I'm currently working Monday through Friday in an office job and looking to work with dogs on weekends to gain more experience working with dogs, learning about different personalities, and exploring how to best support each dog. At home with Lando, I focus on structure to ensure he's set up for success. Our structure consists of crate time, place work, boundaries, exercise, and guidance. All of these components contribute to helping him feel more relaxed and less anxious. On our walks, I focus on engagement with Lando to work him physically and mentally. With client dogs, I'd love to help encourage more mental and physical fulfillment through walks or drop-in visits. For client dogs that struggle with anxiety or reactivity, I'd love to help them feel supported while gaining safe distanced exposure to triggers.

5. Anthony L.

“Big thanks to Anthony for taking care of our puppy, Max. We really liked how he kept us updated with photos and end-of-day reports—didn't expect that, but it definitely made us feel better. Anthony also asked great questions to make sure Max was comfortable and had what he needed. Max seemed to have a blast, and we were really impressed with how much care Anthony put into everything. He even gave us a handwritten thank you note and a cool bamboo pet bowl for Max. We've already booked Max for another stay with Anthony during the holidays!”

8. Gregory O.
“Greg was a wonderful caretaker for the day for my two dogs Brady and Louie. Brady is a little bit older and Luis has cataracts and he’s blind. Greg Took great care of them that day and took them on a nice long hike. I’ve never seen them sleep so good. He was patient and brought plenty of water and snacks for the boys who is attentive to their needs even protected them against a coyote and hazed scared it off. He brought them back safely and they had a great time with Greg that day. I hope the boys can spend more time with Greg and the future is very good and I’m happy to have a caretaker for my animals.”

13. Madisyn R.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep love for dogs and my passion for physical activity. I grew up with two puppies who I love so so so much, and I enjoy keeping pets active and happy through outdoor adventures and playtime. Pet care fits into my routine really well. I only work two days a week and do my schooling online, so I have a lot of flexibility. I don’t mind waking up early or staying up late, so I’m pretty available to care for the doggies whenever they need me. I make sure to walk my dogs every day and feed them both morning and night. We have lots of fun playing fetch in my backyard, which is safely enclosed by a brick wall. I always include bath time and teaching new tricks for plenty of treats. Plus, I shower them with lots of love and belly rubs to keep them happy and healthy. I also know how to get dogs into their crates, as mine are crate trained.

14. Shawneen R.
“Shawneen and I have been friends since 2008. She is a very kind and thoughtful friend. Since I’ve known her she has always had dogs and cats as pets. Her pets are well loved and also they have great temperaments. On many occasions I have trusted her to take care of my animals when my family and I left for vacations. I would absolutely consider Shawneen an animal lover and I feel she would be a great fit for working with dogs.”
