“I want to leave an excellent review for Brittany. She took such good care of my two 12 year old cats who are not the easiest. One kitty is diabetic and needs insulin twice daily at regular intervals with a special diet. One kitty is very shy and will only come out to eat for a few people. He also is on a special diet. They have to eat separately and like I said it can be challenging for someone who doesn’t really get cats. Brittany definitely gets cats and all of their wonderful quirks. Thank you so much Brittany! The boys loved you. Thank you for being so on top of what we needed and delivering top notch care while we were gone.”

“The kitties were well fed and happy with Celine. The only problem was the litter box not cleaned properly. The large amount of gunky potent urine became very malodorous and attracted several gnats. It was difficult to scrape up the litter upon our return because it was one giant wet heavy clump stuck to the entire front, side and bottom of the box. I think maybe she only scooped the poopoos out and didn’t quite understand. I realize litter is not an easy chore and appreciate the effort.”

“James is a very caring and loving person with all dogs. He is the proud owner of three dogs himself. He takes them for walks, hiking, and to the dog parks, He’s very conscious of their well-being and is very aware of what they are doing. He has a very nice yard, with a long dog run at his home. The fence surrounding his back yard is about 6 ft. He has watched his three dogs and our three together and our fur babies love him. He is very much a person you would be comfortable leaving your pets with. I believe he is an excellent person to walk or dog sit anyone’s pets.”

Best of all, she was able to engage my scaredy cat who typically doesn’t come out for strangers, but he came out for her and even finished his dinner, which is rare for him. He really likes to hide, but Marissa knew that if she was patient enough, he would warm up to her quickly. She sent lots of photos throughout and replied quickly. She loves animals and handles them very well. She is excellent at asking the right questions and attending to every aspect of caring for your pet. From administering medication to remembering their favorite toy to following their routines or schedules, she treats them as if they were her own and gives them the love and attention they deserve. “Being my first time using the app, I was extremely hesitant to leave my dog with a stranger, but Lila was so welcoming, kind, and comfortable to communicate with. We met ahead of time at a local park where Lila and her dog Flash were introduced to my Winston. Everything went well as expected. I wanted to scope out her home just to see if it would be a good fit for Winston and Lila had amazing communication throughout, scheduling days or working around my busy schedule. I finally bit the bullet and decided to let Lila sit for Winston for 5 days. From drop off, she was always in communication with what he was up to and sending pictures and videos. She was always so good about keeping us updated and made us feel at ease while we were away. Not only that, she also included tips and tricks to better help with Winston's leash aggression and how to better crate-train him for future visits. I really appreciated her line of communication, flexibility, and just overall attitude while she was babysitting. Lila is the ideal dog sitter for anyone's dog.
