I’ve got lots of love to give.
When I was 13 my big dream came true and I got a puppy. I handled all of his care (except the drive to the vet’s) including training and administering his medication. 30 years later I embarked on the same adventure so my son could grow up with a dog. In the meantime I had had 4 cats so I have almost always had a soft fluffy on my lap. I look forward to cuddling with your pet(s) and/or playing with them, depending on what they are in the mood for. If you use a shock collar as the primary way of managing your dog I am not the right person for you.

I admit to being very affectionate so I give lots of petting to those cats and dogs who want them. I don’t force myself on anyone but welcome them when they come to me. I offer a free meet and greet to help you decide whether you think I’m the right person to care for your fur baby.
Ratings and reviews
I have used Lena previously to take care of my special needs dog and she had done a good job. However, after returning from my trip this visit I discovered my dog licked one of her toes raw. There is no fur left. I know my dog is sensitive to new people and is very difficult to take care of. But it felt like my dog was just left to her own in the back and would be given water and food. I think Lena does a great job for traditional dogs that are use to interacting with people, unfortunately my dog is not traditional.
Lena was an absolutely fantastic caretaker for my boy Bruno! I was out of the country and missed my boy like crazy, but Lena sent pictures and updates which truly helped ease my mind while I was away. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful caretaker like Lena! 🩷
Lena did a great job with our cat and dog. She was very communicative and left us pictures and videos of the pets. We highly recommend Lena!
Lena is amazing. Kind, responsible, responsive, exact, caring, gentle, honest, capable, safe…all the characteristics you need and want in a furbaby sitter. She stayed in my home with my furchild, Summer, sent pictures and videos often, followed my detailed, and particular, directions exactly, and most importantly, Summer loves her!! Lena made my time away from Summer bearable. Will request Lena again soon, and without reservation.
Lena took great care of my dog, Marley. Marley is a rescue and is nervous around new people. Lena gave Marley time and space to get use to her. Highly recommend Lena for your sitter needs.
Lena was very caring and careful with our dogs. We have three different age dogs with very different needs and appreciated Lena having the energy and patience to care for them.

Schedule
As a stay-at-home mom my schedule is very flexible and can accommodate any sudden changes in your pet care needs. I am also an easygoing person so if things change: no worries 😊
