Tyler did an amazing job taking care of Tray from 12/23–1/4. He was very communicative and professional throughout the entire stay, consistently sending photos and updates that gave me peace of mind. He was patient and handled Tray’s behavior really well, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. I would absolutely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.
I had a long wait on the day of drop off to confirm sitter‘s address. I was worried that the sitter forgot about the arrangement. I finally received confirmation about two hours later I did not receive daily photos or updates during my pet’s stay with this sitter. I requested photos and was told their phone was out of data storage. I received a poorly taken snapshot of my dog walking across the floor. I receiveda total of two photos for a 10 days stay. When I picked up my dog, he smelled and looked horrible. Not sure what the issue was, but it looked like the sitter‘s dog had slept in my dog’s bed, and that is where the odor originated. I had to wash the bed before I allowed my dog in it again. I also had to take him for a grooming. I will not be using this sitter again.

Tyler was amazing! My dogs were well taken care of. Looks like they had a blast. Highly recommend.
Tyler did a really good job keeping me updated on my dogs. He’s really communicative as well. He even went the extra mile to get my dogs more kibble. Definitely recommend him and we’ll be booking again soon!
Tyler was able to accept my last minute boarding request and was very responsive throughout the boarding. I’d highly recommend Tyler to anyone.
