About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life and currently have a dog and cat of my own. Along with years of personal experience, I frequently volunteer at my local animal shelter which has given me hands on experience. Caring for pets is part of my everyday life whether it’s my own pets or volunteering at the shelter. I can easily fit in walks, playtime, and cuddles for your pets. I provide safe, clean, and loving care in your home or mine while following all routines, feeding, exercise, and medication needs. It is important to me to keep your pet comfortable and happy while you’re away.

“Hunter has been absolutely amazing with our 12-week-old German Shepherd, Rocky! She’s a sassy puppy with lots of energy, and since Hunter started caring for her, we’ve seen such a positive change. She’s happier, more settled, and even less nippy—which says a lot at this stage! Hunter is patient, attentive, and clearly has a natural connection with dogs. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing Rocky is in such great hands. He keeps us updated and truly goes above and beyond in the care he provides. I can’t recommend Hunter enough. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your pup, he’s the one. We’ll definitely continue booking with him!”

“Very happy with Melanie’s care of our cat Kupo! We just needed a few drop in visits over the weekend and it went very well. Melanie sent pictures and videos each time. We would book Melanie again!”

“Natalie is great! We've used her twice now to care for our cat, and she's been great each time. She's on top of all communications and accommodated our one-off house requests. We feel that she genuinely cares about our cat which takes away our worry.”

“Ashley was amazing! This was my first time using Rover, and she made the experience so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, caring, and loving with my dog, and it was clear she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond, kept me updated, and gave me complete peace of mind. I will definitely book with Ashley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care!”

“Viviana was simply the best! She went above and beyond to care for our cat while we were out of town. She even cared for my kids’ butterfly that happened to emerge while we were away! She was on time for each visit and sent lots of photos and updates on who our cat was doing. Will definitely book Viviana again!”

“Stacy was everything we could ask for to watch our two kitties. She was dependable, accountable, trustworthy… but most of all she gave love to our fur babies. Sent photos and even brushed our Patrick. We like to travel a lot and most definitely would like to have Stacy watch our kitties again. Thank you Stacy!!!”

About: Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. My parents were always bringing home new pets, so caring for them often felt like having our own little farm! I’ve gained experience caring for all kinds of companions and love getting to know each one’s unique personality, needs, and silly quirks. I’m the proud owner of three crazy pups, and we have so much fun doing agility together in Pasadena. I’ve also embraced the “crazy cat lady” life alongside my mom, helping care for her many cats. I grew up with my own horses, continued riding at Cal Poly Pomona, and worked at Disneyland, where I cared for and trained the draft horses on Main Street. I have a background in human healthcare in the operating room, where attention to detail, patience, and compassion are part of my everyday work. I’m also working toward my dream of becoming a veterinarian. Whether your pet needs an energetic walking buddy, medication, extra playtime, cuddles, or someone to stick to their routine, I’ll happily tailor my care to their individual needs. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I would treat yours like they’re part of my own family. Communication is important to me, so you can expect plenty of photo updates along the way. I can’t wait to meet you and your beloved pets! I am mostly available on the weekends anytime, and some evenings during the week. I can be with your fur baby routinely if you need. I will make sure your pet is comfortable, safe and happy. I have coyotes in my area and am extremely vigilant when out on walks or having my dogs roam outside. I am always outside with them. They all wear coyote vests and I carry an airhorn with me just in case.

About: I have been taking care of animals of all kind before I learned how to walk. My whole life I have been apart of Kitten Rescue LA which allowed me to take in not only cats of all ages but dogs of all ages. I am well versed in animal care and administration of medication if needed. I am currently a full time college student with no other work obligations which allows me plenty of time to walk and bond with your pets. I have two dogs of my own and 2 cats of my own and I spoil them to all high heavens. When given the opportunity to assist your family I will cuddle if the pet allows it and listen to the ques of the pet to ensure a safe and trusted experience for all. Animals need to be seen and understood just as much as us people do.

About: I’m a student with a flexible schedule and enjoy spending time with dogs. I’ve helped care for a friend’s dog by taking them on walks, feeding them, playing with them, and making sure they felt safe and comfortable. I’m reliable, patient, and will follow your care instructions carefully. My goal is to make sure your pup is happy while giving you peace of mind with regular updates and photos. As a student, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Most of my classes are later in the day, so I’m available for morning visits, walks, feeding, and playtime. I’ll always do my best to stick to your pet’s normal routine. Every pet is different, so I’ll always follow your care instructions and respect their individual routine and personality. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, fresh water, or litter box cleaning, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.

About: I’ve had dogs of all sizes my whole life. My most recent girl, Carlie, was a 60lb Pittie/Husky mix and she loved running on the beach or going on long hikes! She unfortunately passed October of 2025 at the age of 16. The vet said he had never seen such a well taken care of senior. I’ve also pet-sat for many people over the years, including my sister’s two 100lb big babies who are wild with energy! I can handle the big dogs, but I also have a place in my heart for the little ones too! You could also say that I’m a bit of a crazy cat lady. I’m ready to walk, feed, treat, or even bathe if you need. I’m currently unemployed, so I’m all yours! My days look like coffee and snuggles with my cat Otis in the morning, a quick workout, a trip to the grocery store, and making a nice dinner for my roommate and I. I have one cat, and my roommate also has one cat and two small friendly dogs. We have a small fenced grass backyard for all animals to run and play.

I have a large fenced yard for dogs to play in. We have one dog who is 3 years old, a cat who is 7, a couple chickens(in a fenced off area), and fish. My dog like walks, dog park visits, her cat bff and zooming. My cat loves napping in various places throughout the house. I bathe the pupp at home and do her ear cleaning, nail trimming. About: I have been dog and cat sitting for friends and neighbors since college. I have done over night visits to stay with anxious pets who need a human to sleep by, drop ins for cats and dogs, and walked dogs. I am currently back home for summer break from medical school. I am available any hour of the day to feed, play, and walk your pet. I can only do house visits because I am staying at my family’s home. But I will make sure to follow your directions on how to properly take care of your pet.
About: I've always had a special connection with animals. My dogs and cats have been rescued, not from a pound but have come to me either from the streets or random place. Had a mixed Rottweiler pup who followed me one rainy night, named him Lucky. Another rainy night years later a kitten followed me to my door, named her Pandora. Rescued a cat from inside a car hood once. Found an injured red cheeked parrot on the sidewalk, who I brought back to health and released back with its flock. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, I say with a little patience and lots of love you can teach any animal something new. I have had parents who's dog isn't so social walk up to me, sniff and ask to be pet. The parent telling me they don't EVER do that. Wouldn't mind a crazy active dog, love to stay active by walking around our beautiful parks. My week is pretty flexible I have a lot of free time on my paws. So your children will be very well looked after, they might get annoyed with having me around so much. Have a small yard that has a very small brick wall. I know the importance of safety and always having dog on leash. In-home in or out of crate is fine. And home visits whatever the owner is comfortable with.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - San Dimas
I just moved recently, so I needed to find a new cat sitter before leaving town for a week. Ann went above and beyond with my two kitties. She was quick to respond to my booking request, left very comprehensive notes during each visit, and even brought toys and a treats for them. The house was spotless when I returned, and both my cats were in good spirits. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future, she’s an excellent sitter and loves animals.

Our kitty’s love Stacy. When she came over to drop off the key, one met her at the front door and the other who was in my lap) started purring and meowed to her like she talks to us. This is our third time Stacy has watched our kitties for us and I will definitely hire her again. My kitties agree with me. She communicates well, sends photos of our kitties and I feel she is very trustworthy.

Stacey was a godsend. She gave my kitties their food and medicine as promised. She also gave them love. This was clear when I came home and found them happy and perky. She is a reliable, kind, responsible adult. I am so grateful to have found her and will for sure use her services again in the future.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
