About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and have loved caring for them for as long as I can remember. I recently graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Animal Science, specializing in Captive and Companion Animals, and I’m excited to bring my experience and love for animals to Rover. I’ve also had hands-on experience caring for animals at various exotic animal sanctuaries and wildlife facilities, where I’ve helped with feeding, cleaning, enrichment, handling, and general animal care. Working with a variety of species has taught me to be patient, attentive, and respectful of each animal’s individual personality and needs. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets with someone else, so I treat every animal like they’re my own! Whether your pet is energetic and loves to play, needs a relaxing companion, or is a little shy and takes time to warm up, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. My goal is for your pets to feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I am currently studying part-time, so will be available after 3pm Tuesdays- Fridays! I can be available Saturdays and Sundays as well upon request! I am totally comfortable adhering to any in-home standards you have in place for your pets. This includes crating, strict feeding procedures, and specific behavioral need.
About: I have wanted to work with pets ever since I was a kid.🐾 The dream was open a pet Hotel! 🏨 Though I chose a different path, my love for animals has remained strong. 🩵 Where I live is does not accommodate a pet of my own, so I find my joy through caring for my family and friend's pets. They vary in age, but are mostly small dogs. I do have cat experience as well. 🐱🧶 I work part time and from home, so I take many breaks to walk and get fresh air. It's always better to have a companion! I love to walk trails or neighborhood strolls. I enjoy playing and giving lots of attention/belly rubs! I also have experience with administering medication (liquid/tablet form)

About: I have experience house sitting for a family with a large husky, where I stay for several weeks at a time each year. I handle everything from feeding and walks to making sure their dog stays on a familiar routine and gets plenty of attention and care. I’ve also had dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for them. I’m attentive, patient, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m also very respectful of the homes I stay in. I keep things clean and organized during my stay, and I’m happy to go the extra step by doing a deeper clean before you return—so you can come home to both a happy pet and a fresh, tidy house. I do work part-time at In-N-Out, so there may be some days where I’m away for up to 6 hours at a time. I always make sure pets are well taken care of before I leave and as soon as I return, and I plan my schedule around their needs as much as possible. I’m happy to provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins as often as you’d like so you can feel completely comfortable while you’re away. I am currently going to school online and am employed at In-N-Out burger. While I get around 5 days a week there I have no other obligations that would get in the way of watching you sweet pets! I will always do my best to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable. I will also make sure to keep their and your space clean and tidy.

Abagail was very responsive, communicated well, and was able to handle a couple of additional tasks I requested (I had a package dumped on our front porch while gone, and have a bonsai that needs daily water, for example). The last time we used a sitter, the cats never emerged for that person. But they came out for Abagail on the very first day (well, except for 1, which was absolutely on brand :). I just moved recently, so I needed to find a new cat sitter before leaving town for a week. Ann went above and beyond with my two kitties. She was quick to respond to my booking request, left very comprehensive notes during each visit, and even brought toys and a treats for them. The house was spotless when I returned, and both my cats were in good spirits. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future, she’s an excellent sitter and loves animals.
