I have antibiotics, ear drops, antifungal cream and much more because I use to take care of animals that were abandoned and rescues. About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life! I grew up with my dog Molly who was part of my family for 14 years, so I understand the responsibility that goes into caring for a dog through all the stages of their life. I also volunteered at a dog shelter for about a year, where I walked dogs, cleaned their kennels, fed them, and of course spent plenty of time playing and cuddling with them! This gave me experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. I’ve also fostered three kittens (at separate times) who needed medication and extra care. On top of that, I’ve cared for friends’ dogs both in their homes and mine. I’ve done everything from feeding and walks to drop-in visits and having dogs stay with me for extended periods of time. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and care I’d want someone to give my own! My school schedule varies Monday through Thursday, but I’m usually home earlier on Mondays and Wednesdays. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my longer days, and I typically get home around 8 PM. I’m mostly free on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to spend with your pets! If I do need to step out for a little while, my mom or dad is usually home and can keep an eye on them. Whenever I’m caring for a dog, I do my best to be home with them for the majority of their stay. My wife and I have a large house with a small lawn in the back yard and nearby is big, beautiful Griffith Park in Claremont that invites lots of walking, running and playing space in a very safe neighborhood. I can devote much of the day to the care and welfare of dogs. I take daily walks for myself and they would be much more enjoyable with a dog. My wife and I love dogs and shower them with affection and care. Lots of safe play space, indoors and out, in a dog-friendly neighborhood. (Sorry, no dogs on beds or furniture but they’ll receive all the love and attention they need.)

About: I've always had a special connection with animals. My dogs and cats have been rescued, not from a pound but have come to me either from the streets or random place. Had a mixed Rottweiler pup who followed me one rainy night, named him Lucky. Another rainy night years later a kitten followed me to my door, named her Pandora. Rescued a cat from inside a car hood once. Found an injured red cheeked parrot on the sidewalk, who I brought back to health and released back with its flock. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, I say with a little patience and lots of love you can teach any animal something new. I have had parents who's dog isn't so social walk up to me, sniff and ask to be pet. The parent telling me they don't EVER do that. Wouldn't mind a crazy active dog, love to stay active by walking around our beautiful parks. My week is pretty flexible I have a lot of free time on my paws. So your children will be very well looked after, they might get annoyed with having me around so much. Have a small yard that has a very small brick wall. I know the importance of safety and always having dog on leash. In-home in or out of crate is fine. And home visits whatever the owner is comfortable with.
