They had 2 dogs of their own and Im glad my girls were able to get along well with theirs since they never had any contact with any other animals. Claire requires insulin injections twice a day along with eye drops twice daily, and Ana handled all of her medical needs carefully and consistently, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. When we picked them up, both dogs were clean, happy, and clearly comfortable with Ana. In fact, they didn’t even seem eager to leave like they usually do after staying at larger retail boarding facilities, which really says a lot about the level of care and attention they received. Although I cannot offer tours of the home, we could always meet in the front yard. If an abnormal time schedule is needed, I'm happy to chat and discuss any adjustments that are needed if I have the capability that week. Your pets are always top priority! “It’s very rare I write a review. But Stacey beyond exceeded our expectations. We recently planned a vacation and after having a previous horrible experience with leaving our dogs at a pet hotel. We opted to keep our dogs in the comfort of our home with someone to walk and feed them. We came across Stacey on Rover and was drawn to her profile. We set up a meet and greet and she came by to meet our fur babies. Our larger dog is a gentle giant. However our little dog doesn’t like anyone. Not even our own kids. About: I’ve loved animals since I can remember! Most of my experience would be with cats. I raised my cat since he was 4 months old and have experienced the chaos and fun that is their young adulthood! As for dogs, I have experience watching friends and family’s dogs by providing their food, medicine, normal routines, play, grooming, etc. I am currently a full time martial and family therapy graduate student! I have school Tuesdays and Thursdays, and am very available the rest of the days. Ideally, Rover would be a way to exercise my passion for working with animals, being outside in nature, and add extra stability to my income during my time as a student. During my days off from school, I am usually up early studying and continue throughout the day. I am looking forward to gaining pet clients to add needed breaks throughout my day, especially since that involves working with cute animals! I have a lot of experience with being very attentive to pet’s behaviors and feelings. If I can read how your pet is communicating, then I will do everything in my power to provide the best care I can whether that looks like playing with an excited and friendly dog/cat, or giving a nervous and anxious dog/cat some space to warm up to me. I will be sure to make your pets as comfortable as possible and work with their individual needs. Safety and trust are my number one priorities and therefore it is very important for me to administer care however you see fit for your pets. I am very good a following directions and routines.
“Zoe was amazing with my boy Ace! We first met in person at my apartment where she got to meet Ace. Ace loves her at first sniff lol! We took a tour and got to know one another. Even before that I could tell Zoe was just a beautiful soul before we met. She was so nice to take care of Ace at my last minute request. She sent pictures, took him for nice long walks and communicated with me very well while I was away. I’m definitely going to use her for future boarding, walking and house sitting!”
