Caring, reliable pet sitter (WFH)
I’ve cared for animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up with dogs and cats and learned early on how important consistency, patience, and affection are when it comes to pet care. My experience ranges from drop-in visits for family and neighbors’ dogs and cats to more immersive, full-time pet care with overnight stays. A few years ago, I cared for my parents’ dog while they were away, staying in their home and handling his daily routine. I fed him, took him on regular walks, played with him, cuddled with him, and sent frequent photo and video updates. Last year, I traveled to Costa Rica and spent three weeks living and volunteering full-time at a farm animal sanctuary. I cared for a horse, a pig, six goats, two water buffaloes, five dogs, and two cats. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning enclosures, walking and bathing dogs, assisting with wound care, and helping protect the animals from pests. More recently, I spent a month caring for two dogs in my friends’ home while they were on vacation. I walked them three times a day, played with them, took them to the local park, and kept their parents updated so they felt connected and reassured that their pups were in good hands. I’m available for overnight stays, drop-in visits, and dog walking in your home. I provide feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and oral medication when needed. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors, and I’m happy to tailor care to your pet’s routine, personality, and energy level. I treat every animal as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. For overnight stays, I’m also happy to check your mail, water your plants, and do any other small tasks around the house free of charge. I'm happy to schedule a meet and greet to make sure I would be a good fit!

Safety, trust & environment
While providing overnight stays, I will follow your pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and safe. I follow instructions closely for feeding and walking times, as well as administering any oral medication when necessary. I plan to leave your home in the same or better condition than when you left and can also take care of tasks like bringing in mail and watering plants. Your home and pets will be in good hands while you are away.

Kelsey cared for my two babies (cats) while I was on vacation for 4 weeks. I know she treated them like they were her own. I trusted her, I knew she would love on them, she’s a responsible caretaker, and she’s very compassionate towards all animals. I wouldn’t think twice about having her care for my babies again.

I have known Kelsey for 10 years and she is a someone you can fully trust to take care of your furry one. Kelsey has taken care of my two male cats several times over the past few years. She is an excellent communicator and would provide updates and photos to let me know how they were doing while I was away. She understands what it means to take care of animals and she has a huge heart for all the furry friends in her life! She also knows that sometimes accidents happen (aka my cat threw up) and she did everything needed to make sure he was okay. She also took time to read and understand my detailed feeding and care instructions, and did a great job following them! I highly recommend her for any of your animal care needs.
Kelsey is a very caring and nurturing person. She always makes sure our pets' needs are met. She took care of our dog when we were out of town and not only took wonderful care of him but also kept our home in perfect shape! She gave us regular updates whenever we checked in with her to see how things were going. She is definitely very reliable, caring and loves all animals very much. Kelsey is a wonderful pet caregiver! She took care of our dog Mocha on and off for about 2 years, staying at our house to be for him while we were on vacation. She cared for him as if he were her own dog - walking him, feeding him on schedule, and playing with him both indoors and outdoors. I am not kidding when I say Mocha would get so crazy HAPPY whenever she stopped by - Mocha loved her as much as she loved Mocha! She's responsible, patient, kind, and generous with her affection for the pets in her care. Kelsey's LOVE of animals makes her an extraordinary pet caregiver, and I give her my highest recommendation!!!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am available seven days a week. I’m able to provide morning, midday, and evening care, including walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays. I'm home most days in Glendora, so I can spend plenty of time with your pets and follow their routines closely.
