About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have always been the type of person who treats them like family. I currently have two Australian Cattle Dogs, Copper (7) and Oso (3), so I’m very used to energetic dogs who need plenty of exercise, attention, and stimulation. I’m an active person and genuinely enjoy being outside, so I’d love to take your dog on walks, hikes, or even runs if that’s something they enjoy. I’m also comfortable with puppies and can help with things like potty training and reinforcing basic training while you’re away. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so my goal is to make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while they’re with me. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible and treat them the same way I’d want someone to treat Copper and Oso. I’d love to meet your fur babies! I attend school every other day and try to do homework over the weekends, so I’d be available All day Monday and Wednesday and Friday mornings! It’s a joyful experience filled with playful moments and challenges. Every day, I learn something new about their behavior and needs. They bring so much happiness and companionship into my life. It’s amazing how much love and loyalty they show. 1. Feeding: • Once or twice a day depending on the animal and vet recommendations. 2. Fresh Water: • Change water at least once daily. 3. Exercise/Playtime: • Dogs need walks (15–30minutes depending on breed). 4. Grooming (as needed): • Brushing, checking for ticks/fleas, especially for long-haired animals. 5. Clean-ups: • Scoop litter boxes, clean up after walks, or spot-clean cages. Routine Care Includes: • Feeding and Watering: According to the pet’s normal schedule. • Exercise & Play: Walks for dogs, play sessions for cats or small animals. • Medication Administration: If required — pills, drops, or injections (if trained). • Litter Box or Yard Clean-Up: Scooping, changing litter, picking up after walks. • Home Care: Bringing in mail, watering plants, light tidying up, alternating lights or blinds to make the home look lived in.

“Mia is a sweet person and good pet sitter! We asked her to meet up before the appointment to see how Ponyo would like her and Ponyo warmed up to her very quickly and let Mia pet her. During the pet sitting, she sent us cute pictures & some video! Overall, Mia was great with Ponyo, also cleaning the litter before leaving. The only thing to mention was that it was hard to reach Mia before the appointment to confirm, originally the schedule was at 6 AM but I messaged her around 12 AM to come in at 8 AM instead, I didn’t get a reply. Since the pet sitting was moved to 8 AM we asked for a confirmation and called/texted multiple times from 6:25 to 7:55 AM to no response. This created so much stress for us not knowing if she was coming or not. She finally messaged us around 8:02 AM and said she just woke up & asked if she should still come in. She got into our unit at 8:27 AM. She did however apologized to us which is all good. To reiterate though, Mia was good with Ponyo and was overall a good pet sitting. She just needs improvement on communication and on responding quickly.”

About: I used to volunteer at animal shelters throughout high school and pet sit for family friends. I am currently an animal science major so I know a lot about pets and how to care for them. I make it my mission to treat every animal I see like my own and show nothing but love and comfort. I am currently a student in college as well as an after school leader at an elementary school. I only go to school 2 days a week but those days i have closed off for certain services. Mondays I am only out of my home from 2-4 and Wednesdays from 2:30-6. Other than those days and time I am completely available for your fur baby. I do offer dog walking and drop ins everyday, but only around certain times. I will have plenty of time to play around with your pets and make sure they are well taken care of. I tend to go on walks daily so dog walking fits perfectly. I have a fenced yard and a big backyard for the times I care for pets at my home. I have 2 small dogs, 1 keeps to herself and is very calm, the other is very playful and likes to run around with other dogs. However it is very easy to separate my fur babies from yours if you aren’t comfortable with other dogs. I have 2 sides to my house and can keep them on opposite sides. I am close to several dog parks as well and in case of emergency close to a veterinary clinic. I am very careful with instructions if there is any special needs your pets have. I always make sure the pets I look after are happy and well taken care of.
