About: I used to have a dog of my own. Having him from 9 months old, to being 9 years old. He was a very easy obedient dog to take care. I miss him so much! Since my place isn't big enough to have any dogs. I would love to take care of other people's dog or puppy. I'm currently unemployed. Putting together some ideas for new project. Just need to work to keep myself busy with Rover.com. It would fit into my schedule M-F when parents are at work or on vacation. I'm a clean and organized person. About: Having previous experience living in a doggy day care, I am no stranger to living and taking care of dogs. Love walking my dog to parks such as the silver lake reservoir and taking her on road trips to SF and such Currently working part time as a medical Interperter and so I have a lot of free time on my hands and would love to use the downtime that I currently have to walk and care for dogs I consistently check on my personal dog, whenever she’s left unsupervised for quite a while. “Britney was amazing house sitting with Cleo. She followed all directions and requests and was very communicative. There was an issue when a construction crew broke a gas main near my home, and the police came to the door saying residents needed to evacuate! I was a wreck but Britney was so calm and collected and kept me updated. Most importantly, she kept herself and my pup safe! About: I have taken care of my own pets for 15+ years, especially my golden retrievers I have had for 13 years. I have often been the main caregiver (vet visits, feeding, bathing, walking, and play) for all my pets. I have an affinity for all animals and especially love making new fur friends everywhere I go. Miah has been the best person I’ve used on Rover. I have a hard time leaving my senior pups because they are my babies. But boy did they love Miah! Dev is absolutely incredible and my number one choice any time I need a pet and house sitter! She is not only incredible with my animals (which include a large, senior dog losing his hearing and sight, my three legged cat, and two rambunctious kittens) but she takes care of our home so thoughtfully! Joanna is an absolute gem of a cat sitter. She watched my cat Spooky overnight several days while I was away for the weekend, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She’s a true animal lover—patient, warm, and totally unfazed by Spooky’s sometimes feisty (and bitey!) personality. Not only did she take the time to play with him and earn his trust, but she even got him to cuddle—no small feat! Joanna was great about sending updates, photos, and videos, which made being away so much easier. She also helped administer his new medication, which involves using a cat inhaler and requires holding him still, which she handled with ease. I came home to a spotless apartment, as if no one had been there. I would absolutely book her again in a heartbeat.
