We met at a nearby park for our dogs to meet, then Mel showed me around his yard/home during our Meet & Greet. His yard was spacious enough for running around and was entirely enclosed - I had no worries of my dog accidently getting out or feeling confined. When I dropped Marshmallow off he had his dog and another dog staying separated out in the house so that they could all be introduced slowly and not get too hyper right off the bat. This allowed my pup to have a few moments of sniffing around and feel safe as I was leaving. I received multiple photos throughout the day about how she was doing and it made me feel very at ease. Mel was amazing and brought her and her stuff out to help me load back up into the car when I picked her up as well! I would highly recommend Mel if you are in the area!”

It was so reassuring to see how comfortable, happy, and well cared for Mocha was. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. About: I'm super patient and I'm very attentive. I just love looking after others in general and I find joy in work like this. I've looked after my sick parents and after my sibling most of my life, I was also one of the eldest kids in my church community so I was depended on to look after them a lot of the times as well. From there I was depended on for other things like looking after the occasional pet by family friends from the church and from my own friends. As of right now regularly help take care of my girlfriend's little Pomeranian and I love him. About: I used to have a dog of my own. Having him from 9 months old, to being 9 years old. He was a very easy obedient dog to take care. I miss him so much! How I care for the pets that stay in my home is we keep and eye on them throughout the house. In the front we have security cams along with some baby cams throughout our home. Someone is always home with the dogs.

“Mel was wonderful with my pup Marshmallow this past weekend. Mel was very communicative before and during her stay! We met at a nearby park for our dogs to meet, then Mel showed me around his yard/home during our Meet & Greet. His yard was spacious enough for running around and was entirely enclosed - I had no worries of my dog accidently getting out or feeling confined. When I dropped Marshmallow off he had his dog and another dog staying separated out in the house so that they could all be introduced slowly and not get too hyper right off the bat. This allowed my pup to have a few moments of sniffing around and feel safe as I was leaving. I received multiple photos throughout the day about how she was doing and it made me feel very at ease. About: I have always loved dogs and cats. I grew up with a dog Blackie and I loved him with all my heart! I knew I would have dogs in my life. I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I had my lab Kenneth for 15 yrs he was the love of my life. I now have 2 dogs, a boy 7 yrs old and a girl 6 yrs old and a cat 7 yrs old. I simply just love pets. I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer and love to run, walk, and hike, that usually keeps the pups happy. We go out on daily walks. We also play a lot of fetch in the back yard, as well as puzzles games :) I have a fenced yard and 2 pups to keep your pups company. I am able to separate the pups if you wish or crate them if you would like.
