About: I’ve been a loving dog mom for the past 20 years. I’ve loved and cared for Mochi, our 19 yr old Shih Tzu who recently passed away. I’ve devoted myself to making sure Mochi lived a long and happy life, which he did! Now, with no pets and more free time on my hands, I would absolutely love to care for your fur baby! I’m currently retired and spend most of my time with my grandson. I would love to fit dog boarding into my flexible schedule as I am home a lot of the times. I spend most days with my 4 year old grandson, so the house is very much baby proofed. Dogs are like our children! I’m very mindful about keeping anything toxic or with chemicals on high shelves, toilet seat covers down, and trash bins covered.

“Jennyfer was great! I have a Chihuahua that can be temperamental (typical Chihuahua behavior) with strangers, and he warmed up to her pretty quickly. She's patient, communicative, and flexible. I liked the photos I got from her with updates. I had to drop my dogs earlier and pick them up earlier than I expected, and she was very flexible. She only has one housemate now (just to update from a previous review), and her apartment was in a very convenient location for dropping off and picking up my pups. They both seemed happy and content when I picked them up, so I know they had a good time. We will definitely hire her again next time we're in the area!”

“Mel is an excellent dog sitter! We booked our first day care before my dog, Lucifur, was diagnosed with some limiting orthopedic issues that will soon require surgery. That means he now has to have his movement someone restricted to protect him from injury. When I gave Mel this update and asked if he would still be able to care for Lucifur, he was enthusiastic to watch him. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. Mel was really thoughtful in ensuring that Lucifur had an environment that was safe and he put me at ease. Lucifur enjoys hanging out with Mel and Roxy and I feel confident that he's in great hands. Mel will be out #1 Rover choice from now on!”
