On walks, I always keep dogs leashed near roads and double check collars and harnesses before heading out.

I currently work from home with a flexible schedule that gives me the ability to watch over pets whether it’s at my house or a local person’s home. I work in person with occasional option for remote work and a lot of flexibility with hours. I am an early riser so tend to be up and moving by 7am the latest to get pet care sorted straight away and leaves me enough time to do thorough care routines prior to work. After work which can finish from 3-6pm Monday to Friday, I am free all evening to provide the necessary pet care I have a relatively smallish studio around 400 square feet that has a large window overlooking the city that can open but is not accessible (ie no pet or human can get outside just look outside). The pets are able to go wherever they want in the studio- bed, chairs, table etc (if they want!). The apartment is secure and inaccessible to most unless I let them in so is a safe home. I will ensure the pets if left alone are always safely in the apartment and have access to their food and water at all times. Extra accommodations like pads can be added to the house if not house trained. Animal safety and wellbeing is my upmost priority. As an animal owner myself, I understand the fear and anxiety with trusting someone to look after your angels which is why I treat all pets like my own and go above and beyond to ensure their safety. Open consistent communication is crucial to create a trusting relationship where the pets are at the heart of the conversation always so I will always send regular updates with photos throughout the day/night to ensure pet owners are involved and aware of what's going on

The place isn’t too big so I can have eyes on your pets most times. My neighbors don’t have any pets. There’s a dog park across the street if your pet is good with other dogs, otherwise it’s a nice place for a walk!

About: I have a nine year old maltipoo and 1 year old mini schnauzer at home. the maltipoo is calm tempered and the schnauzer is playful and crate trained. I’m currently in nursing school so most of the week I am at home studying. I usually take my dogs for a walk in the morning, middle of the day, and one more time around dinner time. I understand the importance in giving a dog space and allowing them the time and patience needed to warm up to new individuals. I also was taught by my parents to respect another persons home. We want to keep our little kitties safe, so we can only take kitty friendly dogs. Overnight stays are up to 24 hours. If your furry friend will be staying longer than 24 hours, additional fees will apply. For an additional 4 hours, the fee is $15. If they will be staying 4-8 hours over the 24 hour period, the daily rate of $25 will be charged. If they stay 8+ hours over the 24 hour period, the nightly rate of $30 will be charged. About: I’ve had my first pet since I was 8 and I’ve loved animals ever since I could remember. I had my first dog walking job in my early 20s when I was in college and my first dog bestfriend was a Shiba Inu. I literally loved him like he was my own. I took him everywhere and anywhere that I went. I helped raised and trained him since he was 6 months old up until he was 7. Unfortunately, our journey had to come into an end when I had to move states for my first career out of college. Now that I’m back home in Cali, I’ve been yearning for another dog best friend or few. Sadly, where I currently live doesn’t allow for dogs on the premises so I’d be happy to go wherever to take care of your furry loved one! My experience includes basic obedience skills such as training and leash manners. **I am also extremely protective of your animals so I won’t take them where I know they could potentially be in danger or in harm.** *I am very communicative and will send pics when you’re away!
