“From the moment I contacted Lily she was very responsive and helpful. I have a senior Dachshund that needs a little more attention and care just because he has some difficulties getting around. Lily made me feel very comfortable. We setup an initial meeting just to make sure that we were all compatible and a few days later I dropped him off. She did a great job in keeping me updated throughout his stay with photos and notes on how he was doing. I kept thinking to myself how happy and comfortable I was in having her watch him. Shu Ting was also great in accommodating an extra night for us. We had originally talked about extending our stay and then cancelled before we left, then on our ‘last day’ we were able to extend our trip one more night and she was ok with taking care of our Dali another night last minute. Sonia was an incredible caretaker for our precious Donnie! She took extra efforts to reach out to us with photos and videos. It was clear that he was receiving multiple regular walks a day and that Sonia was taking every effort to ensure that he was comfortable and felt at home! Right off the bat, our shy dog took to Sonia and clearly felt comfortable with her. I would highly recommend Sonia and wouldn’t hesitate to request her specifically for any future trips!
I don't even know where to start. We Select Jess and we meet. Since minute 1 my husband, me and my Puppy felt a natural coneccion with her. Jess is sweet and has a good coneccion with doggies. When she hold my BB for the first time we notice my puppy was very comfortable. Now, on the date reserve we dropped my puppy, of course I felt sad, but in a very short time Jess send us a video how he was doing, and seeing him playing and receiving love was amazing. During my puppy stay with Jess was like he was with us, video, messages and update were present. We will take our puppy again with Jess without any doubts. Jess THANK YOU!!!!!! THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!!! This was our first time and there will be more times. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Lesley and Elias are the friendliest, most welcoming, and responsive dog sitters we’ve ever had. They communicated incredibly well and were very accommodating with our hectic schedule. They took amazing care of our two very energetic dogs, and during our first meet-and-greet, they asked great questions to truly understand our dogs’ needs so they could provide the best care possible. When we came back, our dogs were so happy and calm, which was the biggest sign that they were in great hands. We would recommend them 10000% and will definitely be booking with them again!
Brenda accepted my request literally the day of when my other dog sitter canceled. Which worked out perfectly because I had to go to a funeral. She sent me pictures almost every day and kept me updated with Oreo. I can tell he was having a great time with her pup and he felt comfortable. We would definitely use and recommend her!
Bernadette and her family were exceptional with my dog Spuds! They lovingly took him in last minute during the holidays when I needed it most and my dog definitely felt at home with them. Even though I was unable to communicate as often since I was overseas, Bernadette still gave great updates about Spuds and made sure I knew he was okay at all times. I’d definitely book with them again and highly recommend for anyone!

Delmy went above and beyond to ensure our Ivan was taken care of. Since it was our first time leaving him with a sitter for a long period of time, we were uneasy about how he would handle the temporary changes to his environment and new people. Because Ivan is also going blind and deaf and requires special attention, we needed to find someone that had the patience and understanding of his needs. Delmy and her daughter cared for Ivan as if he was their own, and since we were overseas, they were kind enough to send us daily updates and pictures to ease our minds. Knowing that Ivan was in great hands allowed us to be able to enjoy our vacation without worry. We are so grateful for the care and attention they provided and we can't wait to use them in the future.
