She kept me updated on how he was doing, let me know when he ate, and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. In every picture, Kash looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She reassured me that everything was going well, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Kash has special feeding and bathroom instructions, and Tamra was able to accommodate all of his needs without any issues. Most importantly, he was safe, happy, and clearly received plenty of attention and care. Blanca took such great care of my dog and kept me updated the entire time which meant a lot because i was nervous for my pup so that made me feel at ease.
