While my corgi is incredibly sweet, he can also be challenging to manage and not always easy to read in terms of his body language. However, Donghae approached Milo with remarkable patience and attentiveness and I was genuinely surprised to see Milo open up to a stranger in such a short period of time. What I especially appreciated were Donghae’s thoughtful daily updates. Bernadette was absolutely incredible! It was my 7 year old Dobermans first time ever boarding and I was a little nervous since he’s a velcro dog and can be a little needy. I left my little Yorkie, Kash Money with Tamra for 5 days while I was on vacation. Kash has never been boarded before, so I was very nervous about leaving him. He also struggles with anxiety and doesn’t like being alone. Tamra was wonderful. She kept me updated on how he was doing, let me know when he ate, and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout his stay. In every picture, Kash looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She reassured me that everything was going well, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Kash has special feeding and bathroom instructions, and Tamra was able to accommodate all of his needs without any issues. Most importantly, he was safe, happy, and clearly received plenty of attention and care. Blanca took such great care of my dog and kept me updated the entire time which meant a lot because i was nervous for my pup so that made me feel at ease. We are beyond satisfied and extremely impressed with Grecia’s care for Bucky. She was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive… positive list can go on and on. We received updates/pics/videos throughout the day on Bucky. She also followed all of our instructions on how to care and feed Bucky and played/walked him multiple times on a daily.
